This was our first time at Key West and the place was ok. It’s in a great location but parking is terrible. I feel like for the price, a parking pass should have come with the stay.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the property's fantastic location in the heart of Old Town, just steps away from Duval Street and many of Key West’s must-see attractions. We completely understand that finding parking can be frustrating, especially in such a popular area. However, we do clearly advertise that parking is not included with this property, so guests are aware before booking. Unfortunately, none of the units in this complex come with designated parking spaces, so we are unable to provide parking passes. We would also like to point out that you were able to enjoy this prime location at a very affordable nightly rate, which we feel offers great value compared to other accommodations in the area. We appreciate your feedback and hope that, despite the parking challenges, you were able to enjoy your first visit to beautiful Key West!

Well appointed and amazingly serene and cool outdoor areas while still being only a 20 minute walk from everywhere in Key West. Parking is the only issue but it is manageable and you don't need the car anyway.

Several weeks prior to arrival, I had asked a question which required a photo to answer. The host tried several methods to get a photo to me, but was unsuccessful. It was a minor thing, so I stopped trying - my point here being communication was responsive, quick, and courteous. This theme continued throughout our stay.We stayed in the Esperanza suite. We had reserved Nassau, but it was not ready, so we got upgraded. Esperanza was a beautiful, peaceful retreat from the busy days we created for ourselves while in Key West. The colors were calming, the bed was one of the most comfortable we've had in a vacation rental, and none of it felt like it was the owner's cast-offs, as is the case with many rentals in the mountains near where we live.Though we didn't cook at all, the kitchen seemed to be well stocked with tools, There were plenty of towels, blankets, and extra pillows. The automated window shades throughout the unit were a nice touch, though one in the bedroom was not connected, at least it was stuck down so no one could see in! The light/fan switches were well-marked, and most questions were answered on an instruction sheet in the unit.Everything in Esperanza was well thought out and made for a nice getaway for the two of us. With two full baths, if you have kids or adults who don't mind a sofa bed, the unit would be comfortable for four people.

Loved the courtyard - plenty of space to be outside at a table in the shade. Wished it had a full-size pool, but the dipping pool did cool us off when needed. Townhome was a bit dated, but clean and spacious for 2 people. Wished it had better air conditioning. Only had 2 wall units and it had trouble keeping up, even in lower than normal temps for our time of stay. Loved the location - close proximity to pretty much everything. Good price for what you get.
