THE PROPERTY: Located on a teeny tiny quiet lane, this comfortably furnished first-floor duplex home comes with Key West charm and contemporary touches. To explore the second-floor home, search for “Poinciana Treetop,” or book “Poinciana Paradise” to reserve the entire home for family or friends.

Walkable to many shops and attractions, you will feel like a local in no time. Enjoy coffee or cocktails on your covered front porch. Prepare meals in the bright and snug kitchen with built in corner hutch, open shelving, and gas range. With so many local dining options, you won’t even mind being without a dishwasher. The open living area includes brand new mini-split AC, ceiling fan and comfy couch. The primary bedroom includes an ensuite bath, TV, nightstands, closet, brand new mini-split AC, and ceiling fan. Not to be missed is the bedroom access to the lush outdoor area. Sun yourself in the shared yard or take a jaunt to the beach. When the day is over, you may find yourself relaxing under the stars and enjoying conversation with friends.

BED CONFIGURATION: The king bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a mini-split AC and tub/shower combination. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for a child or guest.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Open the French doors from your bedroom and step out onto the first-floor porch. The backyard features a shared gas grill, washer and dryer, lush garden, back deck with chaise lounge chairs, and outdoor dining set. *Please note this property no longer has a hot tub.*

PARKING: There is on-site parking for one small car as well as a bicycle rack for your convenience. Please note this home is on a tiny one-way lane.

LOCATION: Historic Old Town, North of Truman and 2 blocks from the excitement of Duval Street. A majority of the best Key West attractions are located here as well as numerous restaurants, shops, and galleries. The neighborhood boasts historic homes, shotgun, and conch style homes. You will enjoy being right in the middle of everything!

PETS: One (1) dog allowed, up to 25 lbs, for an additional fee and completion of Pet Information addendum. Must be 1 year of age or older. Must be spayed/neutered. All vaccinations must be up to date. Please be advised some breeds are not permitted. Sorry, cats are not allowed.

SMOKING: This is a non-smoking home and property.

Fantastic experience!

Very clean, updated house in an excellent location. Everything about this place was perfect! Property was exactly as advertised, right in the middle of everything we wanted and needed to do. Property management provided excellent service. We look forward to absolutely returning to this place again.

Great little bungalow with the best AC!

I enjoyed my stay. The bungalow is as advertised. I did mention there are no curtains and it’s very bright if you like to sleep in like most on vacation. I was asked “if I tried closing the blinds” which I thought was a caddy response as everyone knows to close blinds, but besides that particular comment and it being too bright to sleep in the customer service and maintenance team were great.

Perfect getaway

The apartment was spic and span clean. Perfect size for two people to not get in each other’s way. Great location, walk everywhere. Next time we would get mopeds, too much walking for me! Hot tub was a great relaxation after a long day. Great neighbors upstairs too! And they enjoyed their stay as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was surprised how quiet it was so close to Duval street. Place was clean and management company stayed in touch during our stay making sure we were comfortable. No contact check-in was smoother than I anticipated. We walked to Mallory Square almost every evening to watch the sunset and ate at one of the many restaurants on our walk back.

Super clean place

The place stood out to me in terms of its cleanliness and quietness. It is within walking distance to Duval St and the bars and restaurants—but nicely situated in a quiet neighborhood to rest at night. There is a parking spot that is rare because parking is hard to find in Key West. We mostly biked around to watch sunsets at Mallory Square or walked to the many bars when we are drinking. Lastly, the hot tub was the best way to wind down for the night.

Perfect spot for a couple, with an additional pull-out sofa for a child. The location is ideal...walking distance to the hustle and bustle of Duval, but situated on a very quiet street so you can get away from it all and get some sleep. Less than a mile to Higgs Beach in one direction or Mallory Square in the other. Hot tub was a huge bonus.

The gate around the property gave it a secluded feeling.There was plenty of space to sit outside, whether on the front porch or at the table in the back yard. It was clean and comfortable, and having the use of the washer/dryer was a help. There is no dishwasher in the kitchen, but hand washing a few dishes wasn't a chore. Would definitely rent this location again.

One week in KW well spent

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I just spent a week in Key West for his 50th birthday. We loved the island so much last year, he wanted to come back. Property management was easy to work with, we had a late arrival and directions were perfect for getting our keys to the property. We got to the property a little after 9pm, unloaded and freshened up and were on Duval by 10pm! The walk is just a couple blocks and so safe and secure. We slept great in the king bed and I enjoyed coffee before heading out for our adventures each day. We went to the beach daily and I can’t imagine if we didn’t have a washer and dryer for suits and towels. If you have ever been to Key West, you know parking can be a real issue in a lot of areas- having a designated parking spot was another reason we chose this rental. Only thing to pass along when choosing this rental- there are beach towels but no other beach items like chairs, umbrellas or tote. We rented chairs and an umbrella daily but that will run you an extra $50, just an fyi.

Beautiful Property, Great Location

We've been to the Keys several times. This trip was by far the BEST! Poinciana Garden is perfect for couples or book both units to have the whole place to yourself! Secure and private with tropical courtyard, screened porch, and sun deck. Very well maintained, clean and everything you need to feel at home. Perfect location for easy walk or bike ride to nightlife, Mallory Square and our favorite beach, Fort Zachary Taylor. We'ralready planning our next trip.

Clean and pleasant property

Very clean, pleasant place close to Duval, but far enough away to be quiet. Outdoor space is very nice with a screened in area, rocking chairs and chairs longues. We didn't use the kitchen, but it appears to be square..

Comfortable and Quiet

This property is 1.5 blocks off Duval and walkable to all the key west fun. For how close it is to Duval the property was extremely quiet and peaceful.

A very cozy stay

We had a lovely time, the house was clean and well maintained, staff was responsive and kind. The garden was beautiful and well taken care of. We lived how walkable the neighborhood was.
