THE PROPERTY: Located on a teeny tiny quiet lane, this comfortably furnished first-floor duplex home comes with Key West charm and contemporary touches. To explore the second-floor home, search for “Poinciana Treetop,” or book “Poinciana Paradise” to reserve the entire home for family or friends.

Walkable to many shops and attractions, you will feel like a local in no time. Enjoy coffee or cocktails on your covered front porch. Prepare meals in the bright and snug kitchen with built in corner hutch, open shelving, and gas range. With so many local dining options, you won’t even mind being without a dishwasher. The open living area includes brand new mini-split AC, ceiling fan and comfy couch. The primary bedroom includes an ensuite bath, TV, nightstands, closet, brand new mini-split AC, and ceiling fan. Not to be missed is the bedroom access to the lush outdoor area. Sun yourself in the shared yard or take a jaunt to the beach. When the day is over, you may find yourself relaxing under the stars and enjoying conversation with friends.

BED CONFIGURATION: The king bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a mini-split AC and tub/shower combination. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for a child or guest.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Open the French doors from your bedroom and step out onto the first-floor porch. The backyard features a shared gas grill, washer and dryer, lush garden, back deck with chaise lounge chairs, and outdoor dining set. *Please note this property no longer has a hot tub.*

PARKING: There is on-site parking for one small car as well as a bicycle rack for your convenience. Please note this home is on a tiny one-way lane.

LOCATION: Historic Old Town, North of Truman and 2 blocks from the excitement of Duval Street. A majority of the best Key West attractions are located here as well as numerous restaurants, shops, and galleries. The neighborhood boasts historic homes, shotgun, and conch style homes. You will enjoy being right in the middle of everything!

PETS: One (1) dog allowed, up to 25 lbs, for an additional fee and completion of Pet Information addendum. Must be 1 year of age or older. Must be spayed/neutered. All vaccinations must be up to date. Please be advised some breeds are not permitted. Sorry, cats are not allowed.

SMOKING: This is a non-smoking home and property.

We had a wonderful stay at Poinciana Garden. The property is just as described. The location was the best feature! At 1.5 blocks from Duval, you can easily pop “home” to change clothes or rest between activities. But the little street is so quiet at the same time. We enjoyed having a kitchen and a parking spot. Would stay here again.

The place was clean & had a beautiful outdoor area. The bathroom was kind of small & doesn’t have anywhere to put your stuff. We also didn’t have a dresser or anywhere to unpack our suitcases & we were there for 10 days.

Prefect spot

Loved this light filled little cottage with a huge back porch and yard. It was a great launching pad for our visit to the area.

Perfect location with private quiet street

The location is great. I walked everywhere in Key West because this is just a block and a half off Duval St. The apartment was very clean and had some nice touches. Ice cube trays and a bin, paper towels, tea kettle and the washer and dryer and a parking space were all things I made use of.I had issues with the TV and remote upon my arrival and a text got a response with a phone call that helped me get what I wanted which was access to YouTube TV.I totally enjoyed my time in Key West and the stay here was a significant part of that

tidy place, great location

Went to Key West to meet up with College Buddies. Had a great time. This was an excellent location. Very clean and cozy.

Great Spot

Great spot to hang out, nice vibe in yard, nice bbq, and deck chars to relax. Also nice and close to Duval for all the restaurants etc. had a great week. Very clean and great to have a little kitchen to make some meals.

Comfortable and Quiet

This property is 1.5 blocks off Duval and walkable to all the key west fun. For how close it is to Duval the property was extremely quiet and peaceful.

A very cozy stay

We had a lovely time, the house was clean and well maintained, staff was responsive and kind. The garden was beautiful and well taken care of. We lived how walkable the neighborhood was.

Perfect location

The location was close enough to Duvall St. and restaurants to walk! Communication with management was excellent. We look forward to returning.

The unit was nice and clean, but the hosts could have done more to help solve the noise issue. The unit above was loud and thumping for 2 hours in between 2am-4am. Either by better insulating the floors or having the person on call help address the issue.

Great Place

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host company did a wonderful job and was more than accommodating - including allowing us to leave our luggage after checkout until our flight departed. The property itself was clean, location was great (just a short walk to Duval Street) and the recommendations were stellar.

Perfect location

The unit is just as described/pictured in the listing. It is a perfect location - quiet and just a few blocks to Duvall. The property manager was very responsive as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great quiet location

House was in a quiet area yet close to all activities on Duval. Home was in excellent condition, clean, on site parking & well stocked. Communication with Host team was excellent & very helpful. Would absolutely rent again on future trips.

Great!

The place was very comfortable and set up just right to make our stay easy! It was clean and well taken care of. The staff was great with communication and keeping us informed on everything we needed to know during the stay.
