THE PROPERTY: Bohemian bits indoors and lush landscaping outdoors will give you that tropical island feeling you are looking for. Warm wood tones and exposed beams can be found in the main living area. The family room with sofa, chair, and TV is open to the kitchen and dining areas. A wooden island with seating is the perfect place to enjoy a snack or beverage. A bright kitchen provides all that you will need to prepare meals. However, while on vacation, you may prefer to walk to one of Old Town’s amazing restaurants.

The bedroom is white and bright and adorned with bedside lamps and a nightstand. A dresser and closet provide you with storage. A partial wall with high shelves and a draped entrance separates the bedroom from the central living areas. You can also access the outdoor space from the bedroom. The bathroom is cozy and bright with a pedestal sink, tiled walk-in shower, and shelf storage.

This unit in the duplex home comes with shared outdoor amenities including a deck under a giant Banyan tree, a grill, and an outdoor washer and dryer. Solaris Garden is ideal for the traveler looking for walkability as well as the desire to kick back and relax in a casual, carefree home.

SOLARIS GARDEN occupies the back section of this first-floor duplex home. SOLARIS COTTAGE occupies the front section of this duplex home. For information on renting both parts of this duplex, please see SOLARIS PAIR-A-DISE.

BED CONFIGURATION: The queen bedroom is cozy and comfortable for 1 or 2 guests.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: This duplex home shares an outdoor garden area, deck, chairs, grill, and washer/dryer.

PARKING: There is no designated parking for this rental, however, there is usually parking available on nearby Petronia and Angela Streets. To avoid a parking ticket, please be sure that you don’t park in a spot labeled "residential", as these are assigned to full-time residents.

LOCATION: The property is on a tiny, one-way lane in Old Town, North of Truman Avenue and just a block and a half from Duval Street. Leave your car at home because you are just a short walk or bike ride to many tourist attractions, bars, restaurants, shops, and galleries including Mallory Square, known for breathtaking sunsets and performers.

PETS: One (1) dog allowed, up to 25 lbs, for an additional fee and completion of Pet Information addendum. Must be 1 year of age or older. Must be spayed/neutered. All vaccinations must be up to date. Please be advised some breeds are not permitted. Sorry, cats are not allowed.

SMOKING: This is a non-smoking home and property.

I was surprised there was no paper products, one small soap, and no shampoo or conditioner. It would have been nice to have a little coffee and tea bags. We did enjoy our visit and would rent this property again in the future. Great location and very clean. Thank you

Excellent Getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff communicated beautiful, they were so helpful and accommodating. The rental was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

Perfect Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was absolutely walking-distance-perfect to eerything! Much smaller in person than in the pocs but still comfy for 2 people. No TV in the bedroom. Living room tv is big and nice but very few channels The Conch train and the trolly is a must do. Parking wasn't as much of a nightmare we had feared. They do have a spot where you can pull up almost to the door to load/unload your stuff. Then a rude rental-neightbor decided to park their rented golf cart there all the time! They said small vehicles are allowed - we were told otherwise. Oh well...

Great location close to downtown but also quiet

We really enjoyed our stay , close to everything but also quiet and peaceful . Reasonable room rate and spacious compared to so many other options in key west .

Adorable Cottage

The place was adorable, clean and functional. Great location close to the action on Duval but just far enough to be peaceful. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy Cottage

Very comfortable, clean, and convenient for a short stay for the two of us. Walkable location, close to everything. The cottage is well cared for and we enjoyed our short stay. It felt like an authentic Key West experience.

Great Location & Atmosphere

Hide away in the Keys

Excellent Location

We absolutely loved this place! It was well eqiuipped, close to everything & so quiet at night. The patio was so relaxing and secluded and the foliage was beautiful! We would definitely recommend this place and will stay here again!

Old town gem

Enjoyed our stay in old town biking to all the attractions, bars and restaurants. The house had all we needed. We especially enjoyed chilling on the garden patio. Highly recommend this property.

Great Place, Fantastic Location

Our stay was perfect! The location is about two blocks east of Duval, property managers were extremely responsive and helpful. The place was clean and well stocked.

Absolutely charming little place.

This place is represented accurately on the site. We found it to be clean, comfortable and very much enjoyed our stay. Very close to Duvall street, yet far enough away that we could rest. Will definitely stay here again..

Good location, clean and had everything we needed

The house was very clean. The location was great. We could walk almost everywhere. We were able to find free street parking a quarter mile away after unloading at the house.
