The house is indeed charming as described, as well as very comfortable. Beth is an accommodating host who responded quickly to my questions throughout my stay. I would certainly book again.

The location and house both exceeded our expectations! Property owner was easy to get ahold of and accommodating, would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Geneseo!

Loved this property and its location to all the things we wanted to do. The host was super communicative, which I always value! We had everything we needed to keep us comfortable and were close to Letchworth State Park and a short day trip from the Finger lakes and Seneca wine trail. The space inside and out was perfect for a relaxed and stress free stay!

We found just what we were looking for in our stay in Geneseo. Quiet neighborhood and walkable to local restaurants, bakeries and ice cream. Clean, comfortable place with easy check-in.

The place was very clean, tidy and tastefully decorated. We had all the necessary amenities and the host was very responsive. The backyard was very beautiful. Overall the cottage is charming and ideal for a quiet getaway.

What a lovely home!! We were here for 2 nights visiting our daughter who goes to Geneseo. The house was perfect for us and another couple who were with us. Walking distance to town. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen complete with complimentary coffee and snacks. Beautiful paintings through the home. We had everything we needed. The outdoor space looks lovely but the weather was not cooperative for us. Beth was so helpful and the whole process was super easy. We will definitely be back!!!

Super charming

Beth was a great host - she answered any question I had and made the check in process seamless. The house was clean and had everything we need for our stay in Geneseo. The house was super quaint and charming.

Our 3rd of July trip

Older home, but beautifully decorated, and well kept with many updated qualities. Property owner very easy to talk to and communicate with. Always got back to us very promptly. Would stay here again.

Lovely Place to Spend Time

The host was very communicative and responded to all my questions; provided great instructions on all amenities. The home was nicely decorated, clean and a fun place to be. The deck out back was wonderful on nice evenings. Walking distance to the town. Great experience.

Nice house in college town

Old house with charm and relaxing garden oasis on back deck. Overall the place was great. Would have liked to seen some place to put our suitcases off the floor besides the beds and a surface to put phones/jewelry/ small items in the bedrooms. But that was not a deal breaker.

An Excellent Visit to Geneseo

I was so pleased with our visit to Geneseo, which was made all the more excellent with our stay at this house. The property is close to downtown and a comfortable walk to the SUNY Geneseo campus. The property is truly wonderful, with a classic appearance with a porch. The interior is also beautiful, made more so by display of some of the owner's artwork. The kitchen is modern with all of the trappings. The two bedrooms are SO COMFORTABLE! The house is very much a home that made our stay all the more special.The owner, Beth, was perfect in every respect. She was responsive with every request for information - even at 7 in the morning. It was a treat to be able to live in her beautiful home.I thoroughly recommend this house and its owner!

This charming house is cute as a button. We stayed in Geneseo for a weekend to attend a wedding and could not be more pleased with our choice of accommodations. Our host Beth was very responsive and added special touches to our stay like fresh cut flowers throughout the home. The beds and the entire home are comfortable. There was lots of room to spread out and relax including the front porch and back patio are real gems. We enjoyed evenings on the back deck with magical lighting and grounds that show pride of ownership. If you are looking to stay in Geneseo I highly recommend this property.
