I will say the property manager was very responsive. Little minor repairs but overall pretty easy access to the home and the stay.

Town House near Tower Grove Park

The home was clean and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed to cook meals with. The neighborhood was fairly quiet and we were just a short walk to shops and restaurants on Grand. We loved the place and would definitely book again.

We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. The place was very clean and very nice. The beds are very comfy and the rooms are good size. The biggest room with a desk, a queen bed and a twin is great for families with a younger kid that they want to keep close. The kitchen is fully stocked with pretty much everything you need. It has plenty of cups, plates, bowls and silverwear. It also has a gas stove, which to us was a plus. We did Crock pot meals for dinner and ate in for every meal. The hosts were quick to respond to us any time we messaged them. This place is a great home away from home.

My stay

The stay at the property was excellent, very clean, beds were comfortable, even the neighbor was nice. Only issue was the temperature in the home as the heat wasn’t properly working. But those that owned the property were accomendating and very good with the communication. I highly recommend this place for visits. My guests and I were just saying we wouldn’t mind coming back to that exact same property. Well worth it

9/10

Great location, great communication, cool layout, quiet neighborhood, nice set-up and the beds were great! We enjoyed our stay… 9 out of 10 - Only complaint…The place had a moldy smell and felt like it had been closed up for a bit. Definitely needed a dehumidifier or better air circulation. Might have needed a deep clean. Again , felt like it had been closed up for too long!

Disappointed

There was a dirty vape and bathroom rugs. We didn’t have towels until 11:30 at night and only because we found on our own in the dryer. The owners were not going to bring us towels until the next day. I had family staying from 4-9!hours away. Disappointed.

Very Clean

Location is great and entire property was very clean. All relevant needed items are available and in great shape. Living room was roomy for a group of 4 to sit and visit and watch a movie. Please add a hair dryer to the property. Smoke alarm battery replacement "beep" went off all night and maintenance did not fix. Not sure if there was a miscommunication because the host responded quickly with any questions we had. Ended up unplugging it the second night in order to get some sleep. Good price for the size. Mattresses were super comfortable.

Family wedding reception

We wanted to stay close to the wedding venue. This location. Is within a few blocks of Rooster a really good breakfast/brunch restaurant and an array of other restaurants, including Mexican, Thai, Italian and American (hot dogs, etc). Uber was easy to access. Quiet neighbors and communication was quick and easy with property manager. Really quick! One full Bath with shower on main floor and another on second floor. Privacy was not an issue since back staircase took you to first floor right to that shower. There is another staircase as you walk in front door. Lovely Floorplan and carpet is new. There is an extra cot in one of bedrooms which makes it convenient for an extra single guest.
