The condo worked out great for our family. The garage was a real bonus. The only thing I would change is swapping out the barstools and high top table for a normal table and chairs. As I approach 70, barstools have lost their appeal;) Also, I would recommend a white noise machine for the front bedroom.

It was the perfect size for our family. The living area had plenty of comfortable seating for us to hang out. The outside patio area was fun at night for boardgames. We would definitely stay again if we come back to St Louis. Great price and easy process with booking, check in and check out.

Weekend Getaway

Great property!! Outdoor space was a fantastic addition, we enjoyed it so much. Would definitely stay here again. We were a party of 4. 2 couples so the set up was great.

Perfect Stay!

The property was awesome, very comfortable and everything we needed for a great wedding weekend. Great communication, easy check-in and smooth check out. It has all the amenities and close to downtown. Looking forward to staying again!

Really wanted to love this place, but there were too many issues. Buyer beware.We loved the location because public transit was very close, which was convenient for our family since we are very pedestrian. The unit appeared clean at first, but several members of our family experienced significant allergy symptoms shortly after arriving. We later found dirty dishes in the dishwasher and clothes and towels left in the dryer.The host was responsive when I explained that we could not comfortably sleep in the main bedroom because it overlooks a busy road and is not well insulated from traffic noise. This should be communicated to guests before booking, as it significantly affected our ability to rest.The bigger concern was the oven. On multiple occasions, attempting to cook caused the unit to fill with fumes/smoke to the point that we had difficulty seeing and breathing comfortably and had to stop cooking. We don’t know whether this was from cleaning chemicals, old food residue, or another issue, but it made using the oven uncomfortable.After returning home, we provided photos, videos, and other documentation. We received a credit, but felt the response did not adequately acknowledge the cleanliness, allergy, or oven concerns.The location was convenient and the host was responsive, but the condition of the unit and these issues made the stay much less comfortable than expected.

Our weekend stay

The apartment was unique and beautiful. The outdoor patio was nice to sit out and relax on. Definitely would book again.

Great place close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. It was very close to all the attractions we wanted to visit and our kids loved all of the decor throughout the house. The street noise is a little loud at night but after the first night we slept just fine.

Nice apartment located pretty close to multiple attractions. Host is very responsive and communicative. Nice to have a garage and outdoor seating area. Only downside is street noise at night in the bedroom that faces the street.

Great place!

Really enjoyed this property. Location was ideal and appreciated the use of the garage to load and unload off the street. The traffic noise is high if you are not used to it but the place is so nice we got past it quickly. Would stay here again

Beautiful Apartment

The property clean, spacious and modern. It had all the required amenities. Hosts were very responsive and really made us feel welcome. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect place for my family!

This apartment is so cute! Everything was perfect for my family’s short trip to St. Louis. I’m obsessed with the beautiful pocket doors to the main bedroom. Communication was great with the owners, and the check-in and check-out process was as easy. Would stay there again!

Delightful

We went for a girls getaway and found the accommodations to be more than adequate. It Was cozy, comfy, and close to everything. The check-in process was seamless, and our host was quite accommodating. The beds are amazing and everything you need Has been thought of

Cute & Unique!

Definitely a cute, unique place to stay. Communication from property management was great. Very accurate to pictures. Plenty of space for the 4 of us and very convenient to downtown. Definitely would recommend.

What a fun place!

This rental was beautifully decorated and curated for a comfortable stay with my family. We loved all the extra care the hosts put into their decisions. We were only about 10 minutes from the Arch, which we did as well as about 7 minutes from the City Museum, which was a must see if you have kids! Overall, we had a wonderful stay!!

Great location, stylish and cozy decor

Very cozy spot in a centrally located neighborhood in St. Louis. It seemed like everywhere we had planned on going was never more than 10-15 mins away max. Tons of room, very clean, top notch amenities and kitchen. Thanks!!

What a great weekend!

Our time staying here was nothing short of great!! We traveled from Indiana and Oklahoma to spend the weekend in St. Louis. This VRBO was clean, convenient, and perfect for the four of us. We were so appreciative of the garage spaces for parking and the easy communication throughout. It is within safe walking distance of two highly recommended restaurants that we ate at, The Egg and Sidney Street Cafe. Thank you for the great place to stay!

Very charming

4.5 stars from us! It has everything you would need! Really clean and decorated so well. Loved the outdoor deck on the back and the garage is an added bonus as this is on a busy street. Traffic is loud at night but it wasn't terrible. Close driving distance to alot of the citys attractions. We enjoyed our stay!

Cute and comfortable

The unit was very comfortable, very clean, and delightfully decorated. We enjoyed the short walk to the coffee shop and breakfast restaurant across the street. Loved the outdoor balcony area. The neighborhood is obviously up and coming and the street noise could be intense at times. Overall, we like the location and had a great time. A good experience from beginning to end.
