Amazing views, 2 fireplaces for winter getaways!

This 104 year old beach cottage has undergone a spectacular transformation with a three level addition and the total renovation of the existing house. The main level addition includes a large great room with 180 degree views along with a wrap-around deck. The upper level deck addition of the primary bedroom encompasses views of the Atlantic Ocean, Beavertail Lighthouse, Narragansett Bay, and Wesquage Pond Wildlife Refuge. The lower level addition boasts a large playroom and a third full bath. Every square inch of the original house has been renovated while maintaining the original charm of a beach cottage. The private beach is just a short 3 minute walk down the hill - 600 feet from door to shore! Access to the beach is by pass only for the residents and guests. The house is a perfect spot for weekend escapes.

The home has a two living areas, both with gas fireplaces, large kitchen with a bar island, dining area, four bedrooms, 3 full baths, a playroom and two levels of outdoor decks. Hear the waves as you wake up in the primary bedroom with the sunrise over Bonnet Point. There is central A/C in the entire home.

This home has everything you need including internet access, Hulu live TV, linens, beach chairs, games, toys, washer/dryer and much more. Also included is an outdoor gas grill and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. There is a ring camera at the front door. The private beach is one of the finest beaches in all of Rhode Island. The beach is cleaned daily in season and there is a lifeguard on duty. Boogie boards are welcome and surfing is permitted at certain times of the day. Children will be delighted with the rocks at the end of the beach where they can find plenty of tidal pool sea life.

Narragansett offers everything from beautiful beaches to fabulous fishing to scrumptious seafood. Newport, with its spectacular coastal scenery, thriving downtown waterfront, and famed Gilded Age mansions is just a short drive away. From this home, you can walk to several restaurants serving breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as Baron’s Ice Cream - the best ice cream in Rhode Island.

We loved our time here so much, the views from the porches were incredible and the proximity to the beach was perfect! The place is so adorable and very clean and well decorated. It was the perfect place for our girls trip and I would highly recommend it to others! The host was also very kind and responsive, the stay felt very seamless.

This was an amazing stay! The house is absolutely beautiful, very clean and does look like the pictures. It’s very close to the beach which was down a hill from the house and then a short path to the beach. Beautiful views and the master bedroom was perfect- had its own Keurig!! Then to go out to the master bedroom’s patio to sit and have coffee was the cherry on the top. You can hear the ocean from the balcony. Nancy was so easy to work with and very accommodating, couldn’t ask for better. Thank you so much Nancy!!

This home was perfect in every possible way! So beautiful, even larger than it looked in the photos, immaculately clean, and incredibly well- stocked! The decorating was lovely, the furniture and mattresses were so comfortable, and the two fireplaces were cozy! The view from the great room and the two levels of decks was spectacular! Our wonderful host was kind, quickly responsive, and helpful in every way. We look forward to returning for another stay!

Fabulous little getaway

Nancy was AMAZING, communicative and warm. We felt like we were at a home away from home and we had all we needed for our girls weekend. Our stay was made perfect by our host and the care she took to meet all of our needs. I would love to come back someday!

Fabulous beach getaway!

Wow! Best beach house we have ever rented! Fabulous house, very recent addition/construction with incredible views, very well appointed and beautifully decorated with amazing attention to detail. It was an awesome place to relax with our extended family and literally a 2 min walk to the beach boardwalk.. We would love to stay here again!!

Where do I begin!? First and foremost, Nancy is an excellent host. The communication from day one was open and warm. So fortunate to have found her beautiful beach oasis. We (10 woman) we celebrating a dear friends 40th birthday. Nancy was so accommodating. I had asked if we could check in earlier than the typical 3 pm check in so that we could decorate for the guest of honor. There was no question and she agreed to this, which made our surprise even better. The house! Oh my gosh! Incredible. Beautiful . Warm. Welcoming. Absolutely Gorgeous. Better in person, thank what you see in the pictures. Every detail was methodical. definitely has put so much thought into making ones stay seamless. There are not enough words to express how wonderful our 2 day weekend was at Nancy’s Beach house. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Nancy for making our dear 40th birthday celebration one that she and us will never forget. Beach memories for a lifetime .

Perfect beach house for a group!

We had an amazing stay here and couldn't have asked for a better house and location. Three families each with 1 child under 3 and we all had plenty of space and privacy. Nancy has thought of everything - toys for the kids, anything you'd need for the beach (which was beautiful and a 3 minute walk!), comfortable accommodations, etc. We'll definitely be back!

Bonnet Shores stay

As my kitchen & bathrooms are under renovation, I needed a place to gather with my husband & kids for Christmas. So glad we rented 50 Conanicut Rd in Bonnet Shores. This home was warm & charming & very spacious for our family of six. It was well furnished & stocked with the essentials to make our stay comfortable & enjoyable. A bonus: stunning views looking across Narragansett Bay. Highly recommend!!!

Our stay at the Fay Beach House

This property is beautiful, exactly as described in listing. We had 7 adults staying for graduation and we were all comfortable - enough space for all. The views from the decks (when the fog lifted LOL) were gorgeous. And the beach was a quick walk down the hill. Quick drive & you’re in Newport. Nancy was very responsive and went out of the way to answer any questions. Check in and check out was quick and easy. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a place in the area.

Great stay in Bonnet Shores

House was just as pictured on VRBO. Access to the beach is very close and good views of the beach from the house. You can hear the waves all night long from the two upstairs bedrooms. The two downstairs bedrooms are towards the street so probably can't hear from there. The house is great for kids. There is a playroom in the finished basement that has just about everything young kids would want. Our 2 year old grandson joined us and he was so happy with all the toys. He didn't need to bring any of his own. There are toys, games, puzzles, cars etc., a nice table set up with crayons, markers etc for drawing etc. Very clear instructions from owner. She also left a nice gift bag for us. (Thank you!) Would rent from them again.

Classic New England beach house

Fantastic beach house with tons of charm. We stayed off season (May) as we were in the area for a ceremony at Newport Naval Station and wanted to enjoy a long weekend get away. Absolutely loved it. Great views of the bay. Nice back yard for the dogs to play (as was the beach). The weather wasn’t great for our stay (rain) but we were so comfortable inside relaxing in the dining/sitting area looking out at the ocean.

Wonderful place, beautiful views, close to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this Bonnet Shores beach house. The views were amazing, the house was clean, and it was even decorated nicely for the holidays (we were there between Christmas and New Years'). Check in and out were easy and the house was perfect for our family. This was a very nice, quiet place to stay in the winter and would certainly be an amazing spot in the summer!

Anniversary Getaway Weekend

We loved our stay at this beach house in Narragansett! It was perfect! It had more room then we needed , was a great value…. and centrally located to Newport RI.. we had beach views and we were able to walk the beach and enjoy it during our stay.. The house was so comfortable! It felt like home!

Last minute anniversary getaway

Loved everything about it. Great location, in a beautiful, comfortable home with less than a five minute walk to the beach. The photos online do not do the home justice. Sweeping views of Narragansett Bay and lighthouse. Didn't want to leave and cannot wait to go back.

Love Love Love

Adorable, spacious, comfortable, well-equipped beach home. Lots of windows to take in the spectacular ocean view and the soothing sound of the waves. Quick walk to the uncrowded sandy beach, despite the summer-like weather. Shoreline walks with the dogs during captivating sunrise and the cutest sandpipers along the way. Large grassy backyard lined with beautiful hydrangeas and plenty of room for friends to gather and dogs to play. Many nearby seafood restaurants (delicious) and of course, Brickley’s ice cream (yummy). One of our best beach stays. Didn’t want to leave!
