Lovely home walking distance to the beach. Cannot beat the location!! The host checked in with us to ensure all was going well. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is lovely. We especially loved watching the wild waves from the living room window with the fire going during our very stormy weekend visit. Julie was so kind and helpful, letting us checkout late after our big wedding and letting us return the next day to fetch what we left behind. I highly recommend the house and beautiful location.

The house exceeded our expectations. The location to the beach was great with beach chairs available to use, the deck has an amazing view of the beach & sunset. Plus the beds were comfortable and the house is very well stocked. Julie communicated quickly and provided lots of recommendations of the area which we took and were excellent. Great Trip!

The location of this property is excellent. It is steps away from the beach, within walking distance to the center of town, and to other great attractions. I would highly recommend this property.

We had the best stay at Julie's property! The house is beautiful and well maintained. The view from the porch, living room and primary bedroom was outstanding and the proximity to the beach, Cliff Walk and Newport couldn't be better! Julie was incredibly helpful and checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed. Definitely hope to stay again soon!

The house was very clean and well stocked with general supplies. The lawn, location and locations were all great! We had one communication with Julie and her response was quick and helpful. Nothing negative here.

We had an amazing stay for to celebrate a 35th birthday at the Seafood Festival! The house is beautiful and cozy with the fireplace. It was very spacious for our group. We couldn’t have enjoyed it more.

Julie was very quick to respond with any questions we had. House had everything we needed for two small children (crib, high chair, gates, etc). Clean, comfy beds, and well equipped kitchen. Parking adequate for two trucks and a jeep. Beautiful view of Eaton's Beach. Highly recommend!

Great New Year’s Eve stay with friends!

We had a great stay with 6 adults and 3 children. The location was perfect and nearby the mansions and great restaurants. We enjoyed the ping pong table and beautiful view. The house was clean and as pictured.

We had an amazing week at this beautiful house. Four generations of our family enjoyed being so close to the beach. We loved exploring the area, and the house had everything we could need. We hope to stay here again!

Weekend Getaway

Great location. We enjoyed the Cliff Walk and visiting the Breakers for the opening of the holiday season. The house was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group of nine. Beautiful view of the shoreline from the house.

The house, property grounds and views of the beach were stunning and exceeded my expectations. The homeowner was the best of the best! I highly recommend this gem of a house and cannot wait to book it again.
