Beautiful home

This home was new, clean and beautiful. The Welcome Bag had everything we needed to start our trip, without having to go to the grocery. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed walks to the beach and around the neighborhood. I highly recommend this property.

Great family vacation spot

We had a wonderful stay and family vacation! The house was very peaceful and beautiful. We had to drive for beach parking but it was very close within 2 minutes! It was close to restaurants and shops only a short drive. North topsail is one of our favorite beaches and we will definitely stay here again! We had plenty of room for our family and I loved that there was a shower outside to get sand off prior to going back in the house. The rental agency was easy to contact and gave good information of the surrounding area. Highly recommended!

Great Summer vacation spot

We had a wonderful stay and family vacation! The house was very peaceful and beautiful. We had to drive for beach parking but it was very close within 2 minutes! It was close to restaurants and shops only a short drive. North topsail is one of our favorite beaches and we will definitely stay here again! We had plenty of room for our family and I loved that there was a shower outside to get sand off prior to going back in the house. The rental agency was easy to contact and gave good information of the surrounding area. Highly recommended!

The house was awesome

We had a great time! The house was large and the elevator was a life saver. Kitchen was perfect. Ron, who takes care of the place, was absolutely wonderful and down to earth. Definitely one of the nicest people we've had the pleasure to meet on vacation. Walk to the beach was a little far, but worth it.

Nice vacation rental

Very nice rental. Clean and lots of space. Property management company left very useful bag of supplies. Few blocks from public beach access. Tiki bar was close and had entertainment. Only complaint is that VRBO was not transparent with all charges (big “host fee”)until after checked out. I would not rent through VRBO again

Brand new home in quiet beach town

The home was very nice as it was brand new. The elevator came in handy for transporting luggage and groceries to the 3rd floor. It also made it easy for our small dogs so they didn’t have to walk down 2 flights of stairs. There are three small decks that provide nice views of the ocean and sound. Parking was convenient and just a step to the home’s entrance. Denise, from Blue Anchor Property Management, is a great communicator and she was easy to reach and helped ensure a very good overall experience. Definitely check out this location ahead of time if you are unfamiliar — this is a residential community and just about all shopping is a short car drive away. The beach access is not the easiest as there are lots of private beach access points; we ended up driving about 4 miles to the public beach access which was just fine for us. The beach has tons of large and exotic sea shells including sea glass which was a plus. All in all, we enjoyed our vacation and I recommend this property if you are looking for a clean place to stay in North Topsail Beach.
