Another rental season is coming up.

Hi everyone: I hope you'll look at the photos of our property and our guest reviews. But please allow me to say we do have a large pool (no life guard, of course), outdoor deck and grill. If it’s rainy, we have two large screen (85") 4k/UHD, smart TV’s. We are located on the North Fork of Long Island. As you likely know, there are many wineries, small towns and beaches nearby. And the restaurants are amazing. Sincere thanks to all of you who have booked with us in 2024. We have been very lucky: I've had absolutely the best guests. I hope you’ll be one and thanks for reading!

Our family weekend

Awesome house, the pictures didn’t do it justice, it’s beautiful inside, the pool was amazing, the grounds were wonderful, especially the hydrangeas, and the host was spot on! Could not have asked for anything better

Perfect for girls weekend!

This house was amazing! The pool was bigger than I expected and the yard is equipped with a grill, plenty of chairs and pool floats in the shed. The kitchen was very clean with almost all the appliances you could want (couldn’t find a toaster so used the broiler from the oven). All the beds had memory foam mattresses, plenty of towels, extra toilet paper in the basement too. Great living room area off the kitchen for relaxing and playing board games too. Mike was a great host and very responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend and would stay again! Also very close to wineries, beaches, and good restaurants!

Family reunion

Absolutely beautiful home with everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. The host was a pleasure to work with making sure we were comfortable with our accommodations. Definitely a great place to stay.

The home was clean, all updated appliances,beautiful yard and pool. The owner was so obilging .

It had more than enough space, perfect for a family or a few couples. Also just 10 minutes to Greenport.

Our family memories

This has to been one of the loveliest places we have stayed, and believe me we have rented a lot of places where my family has created memories. The pool was exceptional and the location is convenient to the state park, beaches, museums, boat rides and shopping. We really enjoyed our time here and most of all Mike was a gracious and attentive host. I highly recommend staying here!!!

Friends vacation

Yard well maintained. Kitchen is beautiful. Very spacious. Nice size outdoor pool. Close to many activities like the wineries and shopping. Very nice neighborhood. The host reached out to me over our time there making sure everything was going well and if we needed anything.

labor day weekend get away

We could not have been happier with our stay. The property was very clean, warm, and welcoming. Everything in the house is so very well organized . The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The property Mike was great at checking in, and readily available. He had thought of every detail to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Will definitely be staying here again next year.

Great house!

Great house, big beautiful property on a quiet street. We had a short family vacation, we all enjoyed the pool, the indoor spaces, the beautiful gardens front and back. The house is fully stocked with high quality items. Would definitely stay there again! Mike was very responsive to any inquiry we had. Highly recommend.

A top notch stay!

We had an amazing stay at this property. The owner was an amazing communicator and reached out to us multiple times before and during the trip making sure we had everything we needed. The home itself was stunning and exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay. It was impeccably clean, well stocked, comfortable and cozy. The pool was the highlight of our trip but the backyard was spacious, clean and had lots to offer. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had so many things one might need to prepare a meal or entertain. Everything was organized, clean and in great condition. Mike is a fantastic host and we hope to visit again soon.

First VRBO A+ A+ A+

This was my first VRBO rental and Mike made it a very easy and worry free experience. He answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. The home was clean with all the needed amenities. The pool area and exterior landscaping is quite private. All the guests were very impressed with the home. I can only hope future rental experiences will be this smooth along with a GREAT host! Excellent Home/Great Location

Home was as described, in great shape, well equipped, in quiet neighborhood, yet close to many activities and nearby wineries in the Long Island North Fork. Has a great inground pool, was opened, but early in season so we didn't use it. . .but was beautiful, cleaned and ready to use. . . .we just travelled a little early in the year for swimming. LOL The owner, Mike, was great to work with, excellent communications in booking, and any questions we had prior to our arrival. We had minor glitch while staying, and Mike was great to respond quickly with solution and able to work it out quickly. Thoroughly enjoyed the home, kitchen is outstanding with all needed to cook in house if you want. We were travelling from Pennsylvania for wine tasting weekend over Memorial Day weekend, and home was close to several wineries and easy drive to all others. Would highly recommend this home. It is a 5 star property as most/all reviews indicate. We would stay again if coming back into the area for anything.

Great Stay

First of all Mike was a great communicator both before and after our stay. The house was beautiful and modern with all new appliances. The four bedrooms all had very comfortable beds and as far as linens and towels there was enough for an army. We didn't use the pool or grill but did spend our evenings out at the pool on the very comfortable patio furniture. The very large TV in the family room was also a plus. There was nothing that we needed that we couldn't find. Looking forward to our next trip and if it is to the Southold area we will definitely stay here again if it is available!! Thank you Mike for being such a gracious host!

This is a lovely house! The pool and yard are fabulous!!The kitchen is pretty well-equipped, the TV is nice, and the house was very clean. There are some limitations if you are older: no ADA bars in the bathrooms; all the bedrooms are up-stairs; the beds are hard as a rock.

Family getaway

We had a great stay the house is equipped with everything we needed. Enough room for us to be able to enjoy time away with our adult children. We were close to many local wineries and places to eat. Beach was close but required resident parking permit to park in lot.

Most of you know all about the North Fork, so I won't repeat the attractions, but I do have a sister who lives just blocks away. As you know, it's a plus to have family so close.

Hmm. That depends upon which other listings are active, right? There may be many similar listings or very few, :). I have tried to be competitive with the pricing, or maybe a bit on the less expensive side--but there are a wide range of prices.
