The Armadilla Villa is a fully renovated house perched majestically on the cliffs of lake Marble Falls. Two blocks away from local breweries and the famous Blue Bonnet Cafe! Our charming villa boasts the perfect blend of modern comfort and rustic charm, promising an unforgettable getaway for you and your loved ones.

The Armadilla Villa main house has three beautiful bedrooms boasting two primary rooms with 2024 mattress' and a queen suite perfect for extra guests. The fully renovated kitchen and large dining area is perfect for your family gathering! The Casita - or as we call it - "The Little Dilla" is a separate cabin ready for your guests that might appreciate the privacy. The little Dilla has a 50in tv, a mini fridge, full bathroom, coffee maker and microwave.

The View from the Armadilla Villa (and the little dilla) patio will take your breath away! Come check it out and don't forget your 4 legged friends !! That's right - we're dog friendly!!

I thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing weekend with my sisters. We were able to sit on the deck, with a nice view of the lake, catching up on the latest happenings in our lives. Seeing the deer each day was a welcoming site.

This was one of the best Vrbo properties I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve stayed in quite a few. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. House was beautiful and the view was amazing. Deer and Birds everywhere, amazing. House very well stocked and if you did need something store right up the street. Host was the best, answered all questions and went above and beyond. I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This house was perfect for our group! The layout was spacious and well designed, and the lake views were absolutely beautiful. The home was spotless, check-in was seamless, and every detail was thoughtfully considered. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property to others. We will be back!

Beautiful view… Great patio! Comfy beds! Great host! Just a suggestion …it would be so nice to have some “clean” or “organic” coffee, soaps, & maybe a Berkey water filter? We would definitely stay there again!

Very clean and nice place to stay. Lots of stairs, so be cautious. Host was very easy to communicate with. Great view with great vibes. You can see deer, the lake and beautiful hills from the porch. My entire family had a great time.

This place was fabulous. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful patio, and great hosts. Our group had three couples and we all thoroughly enjoyed hanging out and relaxing after rounds of golf. We will definitely be coming back

The property itself was very nice and clean. However, it is on a very steep incline and there are lots of stairs so it is not very convenient for senior citizens or anyone who has problems with their hips.

Fully equipped kitchen, Keurig plus brew coffee makers, coffee provided, lots of bottled water in fridge, all supplies in showers, shampoo, body wash. Most comfortable beds and linens ever! Even provided bird seed and deer corn, which we put out to enjoy wildlife. Beautiful deck view over river with table and chairs. We loved this place, best ever, top rating!

This place was everything we needed and more! Scott was an excellent host. The property was very nice, clean with lots of extra amenities and conveniently located to shops, restaurants and the Beloved Art museum with has been on our list of things to see! Highly recommend this property and host.

This property is beyond words! We had a family gathering/ honeymoon. Scott was and is amazing! This is the cleanest and most personable place I’ve stayed. We will be back.

Very fun property with super comfortable beds and wonderful view of the river. Fully stocked, even with coffee pods and lots more. We couldn't have asked for more. It's at the end of a culdesac so very safe for the children. It was also quiet, which we loved. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place for a family trip

The upstairs deck had great views, nice breezes, and was perfect for family time! The open common area made cooking together fun & all the bedrooms were very comfortable. Host was very responsive & helpful!

Great Location and House

Great property. Scott is very accommodating. Highly recommend for a golf weekend in the area as it is close to all of the courses in the area. Very clean and well stocked.
