The property continues to be one of my favorite Dewey Beach properties. It’s so close to the beach. There is an ocean view from multiple levels. It’s always been very clean upon check-in. It’s within walking distance to many restaurants. I would stay there again!

Family and dog friendly! Our dog love the fun ball. The kitchen was well stocked and came with a good supply of cleaning products.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Atlantic Reflections! Lots of room for 6 adults, 4 teens and a golden retriever. The unit was nicely decorated, comfortable and has a well-stocked kitchen. Loved the balconies and the view of the ocean. Close to the beach and walking distance to everything.

This house was excellent. Host process for communication and check in were outstanding. House was clean and well appointed. We really appreciated the kids' room in the bottom floor. The outdoor space and partial views of the ocean were vey nice and used frequently especially during periods of rain - very much appreciated the umbrella and table! Very close to the beach - very close to all the action on Dewey beach including great restaurants and bars. We didn't have to drive our cars at all! Overall great experience, recommended!

Every aspect of this property met or exceeded our expectations. The location was great with ocean views and its proximity to the beach. It was in very good condition inside and out. You can reserve this property with confidence!

Family summer vacation

Great location and property. 6 adults (parents, 3 20 somethings and 14). Beach literally just out of the front door with lot's of restaurants in walking distance.

Dewey family vacation 2025

Great location and setup for a larger family with friends and pets. House was well equipped with beginning supplies, which made things easy. We use a local linen service that was recommended by the property mgmt team, that had quality linens that were extremely comfortable. Overall a great vacation!

Property not clean

Desirable location and property was perfect size but sorely in need of cleaning. Our agreement said no pets but ALL furniture covered in pet hair. We had to wash two mattress pads as they were covered. One in our group is allergic to dogs. Property manager came on Sunday to clean feces off door and carpet in bunk room. He was less than accommodating and put out to help. He said property was pet friendly But not per our agreement. I feel sorry for owners.
