Cozy condo across from the beach. Easy walk to some popular beach bars. Parking is scarce and expensive at the beach so close proximity is a great plus. Complex has pool also. Not fancy, but very comfortable and great value for the price. Hotels are $285/nt on st.pete beach so more room, less money, and quiet location.

Clean/organized! Great location

This property was just remodeled. We had people walking by our door staring in! Everything you could need was there. Nothing to buy at the store. It wa extremely clean and organized also. I would recommend this place to anyone, young or old!

I cannot thank you enough for sharing your beautiful condo with my best friend and I this last week! Everything we needed and then some was there to use. So nicely updated and a very responsive host! Thank you Jenn for more great memories (and sunsets) of TI!!

Enjoyed this property

Really enjoyed this property and location. The owners of this property really supply so much. It really means a lot when flying that a unit has a lot of amenities so you don't have to purchase much. So many towels, toilet paper, detergents, trash bags, beach supplies, kitchen extras. Even supplied mulitple tervis cups to keep the ice. If kids present, the beach stuff provided is beyond nice. We love the beach access directly across the street. The pool is well taken care of. We had 2 easy questions for the owners, that were responded to in minutes. The pictures are what the unit looks like.

We had a fantastic stay in this centrally located Sunset Beach condo. We watched both the sunrises and sunsets each day with just a step out the door. Having stayed in this same unit several years ago we were pleasantly surprised with the new owners updates. Everything was just as described and we had everything that we needed for a 9 day stay. Upon arrival the condo was fresh and clean given the quick turn around between renters, and we were able to check in a bit early thanks to the great communication from the owners. This condo is located in an area that is convenient to a walk across the street to the ocean, steps to the pool, or fishing on the dock in the intercoastal. We were able to see the manatees in both bodies of water which never gets old. Morning walks on the beach make way for watching the dolphins and finding a variety of shells. The unit is easily accessible to the coin operated washers and dryers on the lower level. We walked down the street to Caddy's which has great food and listened to the live music at the Tiki Hut. Groceries were easily accessible at the Publix just a few blocks away. There are many different restaurants nearby as well as several places to get a little ice cream on a hot summer day. We have stayed at this complex for the past 10 years in a number of different units and I would highly recommend this one if you are looking for a place that is a home away from home!
