Great stay! Lovely cottage, clean and beautiful furnishings. Beds are very comfortable and I love the crisp, white linens and towels.

Wonderful experience

The house has clearly been very well cared for. It was clean, the kitchen was well appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The view of the mountains from the house was lovely, also looking down on the driving range. We would definitely rent again!

Excellent…lovely home. The setting is quiet, private, with a beautiful view. The home is cozy, with all of the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay…including a gas fireplace. The property is exactly what my wife and I needed. And Dino is an excellent host. Accessible, with prompt responses.The only alert would be using the stairs to enter the home. Thank you, Dino for the privilege of residing in your wonderful home. We would definitely return!

Golfing in Waynesville

I was in town to check out the golf course at the Waynesville Inn and Golf Course. The house was roomy, tastefully decorated, centrally located and extremely comfortable. I would definitely rent it again.

Golf course home

Clean and comfortable! Pretty view of the golf course and great location - close to everything. The bed was extra comfy. Will come back again! If you have mobility issues- front steps might not be for you.

Base for work and hiking

We needed a place near hiking excursions where we could also work as needed. This house was perfect! There was a dedicated working space and strong wifi for remote work and video calls. The house was sparkling clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Was lovely to have coffee on the porch in the morning and listen to the birds. Owners were very nice. We would rent again!

Great stay

First, let me say the location was fantastic, very close to everything in Waynesville.PRO-Sitting on the porch the mountain views are beautiful to look at in the various colors of hue. At night you can see some city lights below. The large 2 bedroom house overlooks the golf course/driving range with close proximity to a grocery store and nearby shopping. Both king size beds were extremely comfortable with premium bedding and premium bathroom towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with very nice dishes, pots/pans and appliances. The house was very clean and in a very safe neighborhood. CONS- The drive up to the house is no problem but once you turn into the parking driveway it is steep and narrow so you need to be careful driving in and backing out. If you have mobility issues, there are stairs to climb to get into the house.Other owner suggestions it would be a real plus if you could shift the 2 low leather picnic style chairs from the master bedroom to the office and replace those bedroom chairs with a more comfortable sitting chair or love seat for guest to quietly read or just get away from other guest noise for a couple of hours during thee day especially if it is hot, cold or raining outside. Those chairs are very low and difficult to get in and out of with those who have knee or back issues. Overall would not change a thing.

We had a wonderful weekend in Waynesville. The house met our needs and was extremely comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with quality equipment. The primary driveway is uphill but we worked out the best way to use it. We definitely hope to stay there again next year.

Great Find!

Great, reasonably priced property close to downtown Waynesville and Blue Ridge Mountains; with views over mountains and golf course. Property owners were communicative and house itself was lovely and clean.
