While only 5 minutes from downtown Waynesville, the townhome is nestled on a private hillside. Our property feature 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, covered porch with an outdoor dining set, gas grill, laundry room, garage, fully equipped kitchen. Accommodates 4 guests.
Major holidays: 7 nights minimum preferred
We DO NOT provide free firewood

The garage is downstairs, the living space is upstairs (must climb steps).

Very nice property and location. Deck is great for sitting and watching the sunset and being in the cool of the evening. House is very nice and comfortable.

The host was extremely helpful, the cottage one of the best we have stayed in- updated kitchen & luxurious bathroom with complimentary lemon grass shampoo ,ect Super nice master bedroom I give it an 11/10 !!! Close to several restaraunts and the ski resort

We had a great experience at Aidas cottage in Waynesville. It is beautiful and well appointed. Great shower and the bed was wonderfully comfy! Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I loved our stay here. Aida's rentals are always spotless, have a well equipped kitchen, and comfy furniture! The location is also close to Hazelwood and downtown Waynesville. We'll be back at either this location or one of her other vrbo rentals.

The location was great with close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and downtown. Everything was well stocked and extremely clean. Great views of the mountains and a peaceful environment allowed us to easily relax and rest. After the snow last night, they cleared the road and the stairs and deck to our place. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

This place is comfortable and in a good location to see Waynesville and surrounding sites. Good resturants in town as well. The bed and Pillows were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. This is our third stay and we love this place.

Perfect setying

Loved the quiet setting and the deck for just being outside and enjoying the view. The condo had everything you could possibly need and was tastefully decorated.

Peaceful Retreat

House is better than the pictures! Very clean and relaxing place to stay! So quiet too! Really enjoyed staying here.. Host is very nice and friendly in the email if you have any questions!! What more can you ask for.. Will definitely stay again if in the area!

Great Place!

This property is beautifully decorated and very well appointed. My wife was initially put off by the hill getting in, but after she saw it, she loved it. Highly recommended and we will be back.

We loved our stay in this cozy home. It was absolutely perfect for our needs. Loved the layout, the furnishings, the location near town, the quick and positive communication with the host. We would definitely recommend!

My family had a wonderful Christmas at this beautiful home. Very clean, stunning Mountain Views, and conveniently close to a lot of stores. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit Waynesville.

Door to the Smoky Mountains

Overall great location. Check-in was super smooth. The property is very spacious and has all the amenities one would need. I personally like the indoor fireplace and the view from the balcony is amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location

Nice clean 2BR/2Bath unit over the garage so lots of outside steps up to unit, which is nicely furnished and decorated. Waynesville is located among attractions such as Great Smokey Mtn park, Blue Ridge Parkway, Cherokee

This was our 2nd year staying in an Aida property. We will continue to stay in her properties. Everything was exceptionally clean, Aida responds to inquiries speedily, the homes are beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We stay in these properties while we are attending our family reunion. The supplies in the kitchen make our "pitch in" contributions so easy to make with a wonderful amount of plastic ware and preparation utensils available. The outside deck furnishings are wonderful for the morning cup of coffee and the evening wind down. This home does have stairs outside up to the entrance so if that is a concern it would need to be considered. We are totally able to manage them but just mentioning in case of other's physical limitations. She does have single level homes so if stairs ever do become an issue, we would still find one of her properties to say in. (Yes...she is that good!)Another thing to mention is that the turn into the driveway is sharp and may require a bit of maneuvering if the vehicle being driven is larger that a mid-size SUV. We were able to make the turn with our Equinox with a wide turn. Thank you Aida for another wonderful year in Waynesville, North Carolina!

While only 5 minutes from downtown Waynesville, the townhome is nestled on a private hillside. Our property offers everything you need to relax, including a quiet atmosphere and all necessary amenities, including linens, a laundry room, fully equipped kitchen, big porch with outdoor dining set and a gas grill. You will love dining on the porch with its scenic view. The comfortable king-size bed in the master bedroom ensures a good night's rest. The guest room has two twin beds. The open concept of the kitchen allows you to spend more time with the family while cooking. The cathedral-style ceiling of the living room makes the whole main floor layout unique. The large windows of the kitchen and the living room offer a great view of Balsam Mountain.
The garage is on the ground level. The living space is upstairs (MUST CLIMB STEPS).
