Charming beach house with a private access to the beach!
Beautiful views from the second story deck and an ocean view from the downstairs living space. Rosie's Retreat is a second row home, on the beachside of the street.
The home features 4 king bedrooms with a designated bathroom for each bedroom. Two of the bathrooms are ensuite.

I love the location of our Rosie’s Retreat! We are within walking distance of Salt Life and Sandbar restaurants located at Main Beach.
The friendly neighborhood is a mix of full-time residents and short term rentals homes.
The public pool is a short distance from our home. The Atlantic Rec pool is family friendly with a nice baby pool and a nearby playground.

The entire home is available for guests with a private patio and a private balcony. The home is located on the beachside of the street. It is a second row home with a lovely view of the ocean.

Rosie's Retreat is a comfortable home with a beachy, coastal theme. There are 4 king bedrooms. Each bedroom has a separate designated bathroom. One of the King bedrooms is located on the first floor.
Our home is within walking distance of two delicious seafood restaurants that often feature live music: SaltLife and Sandbar. I very much enjoy sharing our home and have had the pleasure of getting to know many wonderful people over the years.

Parking for Rosie’s Retreat is on the streetside of the home only.
There are parking spaces for up to 4 vehicles parked strategically.
No smoking/ No vaping/ No pets
We have a strict 8 person maximum occupancy, including children. Parties, reunions and gatherings of additional guests are not permitted.

Perfect place for us. Our host was amazing, delightful and a wonderful communicator. Loved the 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Have already reserved for a week in May.

Great house! Great stay!

This home was perfect for a double birthday! 8 of us fit very comfortably - it was so nice to have good chairs and beach towels available and the owner was responsive to a missing coffee pod station and had it delivered in an hour ! Highly recommend this house for a visit to the beach!

Incredible property with great kitchen, bedrooms and king beds, beach access, and the owner was very flexible when we caught influenza that delayed our arrival.

According to all guests, the home and host were lovely. Had a glitch with the paperwork on the front end and a power outage that took out the only TV and Internet services for entirety of the stay but everyone was appreciative of the efforts of the host to make amends.

Family Beach Time

We had a beautiful stay. The house was impeccable, the beach was clean, quiet and not crowded. The town of Fernandina beach is really charming.

Most of the time the island is quiet and uncrowded and often the beach can feel almost private. I'm glad you were able to experience downtown Fernandina. We loved our stay in Fernandina Beach. The home was close to the beach and the downtown. We loved having 4 bedrooms and 4 baths! Home was clean! Lots to enjoy at Rosie's Retreat. Amy, the property manager was attentive to all our needs.

Great Stay at Amelia!

This was our second year in a row staying at this wonderful house and we hope to come back again next year! Great setup, perfect for our family of 4 + grandparents. The location can't be beat!

Girls getaway

We had a wonderful time here as always! This charming house is perfect and had everything we needed to have a relaxing few days away from the demands of life. Have stayed here many times and hope to be back!

Great beach cottage in a lovely town

This is our second visit to Rosie’s retreat, and it was just as lovely as the first time. The owner ensures you have everything you need, and the house itself is wonderful. Great location, well-appointed kitchen, nice bathrooms, and comfortable beds.
