Just the best little villa on the island! Book Now and reserve your spot on the beach.

Literally steps to the beach, the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers the largest oceanfront pool, tennis & pickle ball courts, catch and release lagoon, playground, game room, outdoor grill areas and bike rentals. Enjoy onsite restaurants, on beach tiki bar and snack shack in the summer. The Breeze Trolley has a stop (#14) at the resort. Traveling to points south like Shelter Cove and Coligny Beach. Just park the car and enjoy!

Our villa has everything you need for a great getaway. Recently renovated with a cottage appeal, spacious layout and top floor Ocean View just one villa off oceanfront. We include beach umbrella, chairs and beach toys. Bring your beach towels!

Bright, comfortable and relaxing. Our villa has a private bedroom with queen bed, two shipmate bunks in the hall and a sofa bed. The one bathroom has access from the bedroom and hall. Privacy door between the hall and living area. Our villa is equipped to sleep, seat and serve up to six people.

Mid-island location with easy access to all the island has to offer. Private beach access directly from our building. Just book and relax!

This particular unit is on the third floor near the end of the building towards the ocean. This is great location on the property if convenient beach access is desired. It is very close to the property’s boardwalk that leads out to the beach and there is a nice view of the ocean from the unit’s patio. These aren’t big units but we slept 2 adults and 4 teens or preteens comfortably. Communication with and from the host was excellent and they went out of their way to make our stay wonderful.

Best condo on the island! All we really needed to bring was our clothes. They had everything you could think of to use and Michele left us a plate of cookies when we arrived! Will definitely book again!

The rental was exactly as described and perfect for our stay. You can’t beat the view from the balcony and easy beach access! Appreciated the nice beach chairs and towels. The location is central to lots of restaurants and attractions. The check-in process was easy and the fresh baked cookies upon arrival were a pleasant surprise! Would definitely recommend.

We loved the property, everything you need for a great vacation by the sea, located just 200 yards from the beach.The place is super clean, kitchen well equipped, shower strong and the air con is effective. There are plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella. Although we didn't use it, there is a large communal swimming pool with ample loungers. We found an evening glass of wine on the balcony watching distant ships pass to be relaxing.We play Pickleball, property owners and guests can enjoy up to 2 hours use of the outside courts each day. There are 12 courts, all in very good condition, we could always book a court.All in all we had a great 6 days, enjoyed a couple of meals out at "Up the creek" a sensibly priced if slightly rustic restaurant.

Arrived there and had some delicious chocolate chip cookies waiting for us . They have the condo stocked with everything you need and more. I would definitely stay there again .

Perfect stay for my husband and I! Very short walk to the beach! Clean and fully stocked with everything you would need. Really enjoyed the supplied beach chairs and umbrella! Also the cookies upon arrival were a 10/10!

We had a great stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and close to the boardwalk. The beach view was a great place to watch the summer storms roll in. Highly recommend. Our family of 6 (ages 2-40) had a great time!

Beautiful View

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean, and the grounds of the resort were very nice and maintained. The location was great with a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and a close walk to the water.

Ideal location, clean, adorable, and stocked with everything you might have forgotten to bring. The chocolate chip cookies were an added bonus! Michele even offered to let us stay longer due to a cancellation. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

Fantastic Family Vacation

The property was absolutely as advertised with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Resort was fantastic and the amenities including the beach, pool, onsite restaurants, and playground were a huge hit all around. We will definitely be back!

Michele resides on Hilton Head Island and will be your on site contact. No worries about communications and response as she is always just a text message away. Kim resides in Pennsylvania and will be your reservation and pre-arrival contact. Communications by email, phone and text will make preparations for your visit an ocean breeze.

As children, our parents always took us to the beach for a week, and the memories we made were priceless. We hope to help families make a beach vacation an affordable reality and provide snowbirds with a winter getaway.
