Condo was very clean and welcoming. The pool was wonderful, not crowded at all. Easy access to the beach and ocean which was also was not crowded. Michele the host was a pleasure to rent from, she responded very quickly. The condo had plenty of towels and our beds were made when we arrived. Our fur baby had the best time on his first beach trip. I left my phone charger and Michele was so kind to have it mailed to me.

We had a great stay here. The kitchen has all the necessities for at home eating. The beach isn't overcrowded or dirty. Short drive to grocery stores and fine dining. Towels and linens are provided. Pet friendly is a plus. The host is very responsive on questions and provides great communication. Washer and dryer are coin laundry in the building behind the pool. The cost of this property is well worth what you receive.

The condo was very clean and had plenty of space for our family of 4. It had all the major accommodations of home and we had a relaxing time. Two very nice restaurants are almost right across the street and a pier is a few miles down the road with live music every night. There is no ocean view from the bottom condo we were in - but the upper units I'm sure can view the ocean. The pool was very nice and we took advantage of that!The host is very friendly and I would stay here again but most likely look for an upper unit so I can view the ocean. Overall - 5 stars!

Place was very nice and comfortable. The pool was clean and well maintained. The property was also well maintained. We stayed in 11M and it was very nice, had everything we needed and some things were supplied by the host or owner. We had our pet labradoodle and she enjoyed the beach. Overall we were satisfied and had an enjoyable time. Will definitely return, also ate at Quay’s restaurant which was across the road and it was very good!

Enjoyed staying in this unit. There were plenty of amenities available and the location was easy to access the grassy area to walk the dog and a short walk to the beach.

This was my second stay at this property. Needless to say, it’s a home away from home for me. The host is terrific. Everything you need is available in the condo. Steps to the beach or steps across the street to the marina. Two awesome restaurants steps from the front door of the unit at the marina. Fresh shrimp right off the boat served most days. Best views of sunsets from the deck. The truth is I go to just unwind and reset when I go to the coast. This place allows me to do just that. No need to get in the car and go anywhere if you choose not too. If finding entertainment is in your wheelhouse, you are only 2 miles from the garden city pier and late night spots with music and entertainment. Only 3 miles from hwy 17 to all the hot spots. I will be back. Why would I go anywhere else when both my stays were Aplus. My little doggie has always been welcomed (chance). He and I had a great time. He loves to chase birds on the beach. I so appreciate this place being shared with me. Hoping to make more memories there soon.

Another great stay!

Even with the incredibly bad weather and limited beach time, (thanks to Hurricane Debby) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at A Place At The Beach. The property is super clean, kitchen is well stocked and you could not ask for a better location!

The unit was located on the front beach and we loved having the option of a pool. The whole building was quiet and the courtyard for our dog was a welcome surprise!

Beach Stay

Nice place. Nice and clean when we arrived. Its priced higher than the same comparable place we stay at normally but nice area to take your dog with you.
