This newly renovated multi-level luxury estate home is located between Kaneohe and Kailua overlooking the Kaneohe Bay Yacht Club with convenient access to the H3 freeway. Shopping and the beach are only about 2.5 miles away. The main portion of the home spans approximately 5,400 sq. ft. and is fully furnished for its residents.
At the center of the home lies a private open-air in-ground pool, surrounded by shared spaces designed for leisure and connection: a billiard room for evenings of entertainment, a formal sitting area for tranquil moments, a gourmet kitchen and bar for culinary exploration, a spacious dining room for communal meals, and a cozy TV room for relaxation. The expansive upper lanai offers breathtaking views of the ocean, mountains, and the yacht club, promising a backdrop of natural beauty for your moments at home. Convenience is further ensured with a washer and dryer located in the garage and ample street parking. Outside of the shared living space, each unit will have its own private room and bathroom. Utilities (electric, water, sewer, garbage removal, and internet) are $150 per person per month.
This Uppermost Suite is a peaceful retreat that offers stunning mountain views. This spacious 480 sq. ft. studio is fully furnished and air-conditioned, with a queen-size bed, a sofa/loveseat, a dresser, a TV, and a large L-shaped desk. It also features a private ensuite bathroom and a keypad entry for added security. Guests can relax and enjoy the tranquility of this quiet escape.
Alert: All guests are kindly requested to take note of the home's multi-level layout, which includes several levels of stairs, and ensure they are comfortable with it during their stay.
The Property Manager lives on the lower level and has a separate entrance.
