Ali'i Beach Rentals Include:
-Beach chairs, boogie board, and one cooler
-Bed linens (including one set of linens and one blanket for each bed), bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen towels
-Dishes, silverware, and cookware (including a coffee maker, tea kettle, rice cooker, and blender)
-Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board
-Starter condo supplies, including dish soap, dish sponge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper towel, and toilet paper (guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay)

Important Note:
-There is no pool and no parking. Public transportation is very convenient and walking distance to shops and restaurants in the area.
-This building is stair-access only; there is no elevator. Make sure everyone in your party is able to go up and down steps. This unit is on the 2nd floor.

Check in is 3:30PM — Check out is 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Ali’i Beach Rentals is a full-service professional vacation rental company. We have our own in house maintenance, cleaning team, and professional property managers located in our Waikiki office who are available by phone 24/7 in case of emergencies.

Satisfactory unit. Yay air conditioning. Bedding was comfortable. Plenty of nice towels. Location is great - very convenient & walkable in the Waikiki Beach area. A cleanliness issue was reported to management & they vowed to address. We appreciated having 2 locked gates between our condo door & the street. We never felt unsafe.

The building premises are not clean, the inside of the unit is manageable, owner has done his best.The patio door is jammed and doesn't open.The floor is cracked in places, the unit feels old. Its not a problem, its just pictures are telling a bit different story.If you are looking for something cheap and can manage a bit, its good.

Location was great! Close enough to walk everywhere. Bus stops close by to venture farther away. Furniture was nice. Bed very comfortable. Just the right amount of dishes. Appliances nice and clean. Could use a better vacuum cleaner. The one here didn’t really suck up the sand. Plenty of towels and beach towels.

Great location, small space, but enough for my little family of three. Parking was a bit of an issue, ended up paying per day at a hotel down the street.

We booked this place for our first Hawaii Vacation for a family of 4. I have a teenager and also a 4 yrs old and we love how its so convenient to everything. Walking distance to the beach! I actually forgot to bring some beach mats and some beach toys for my little one and they actually have some for us to borrow! Even a few floaties and a boogie board! No elevators in this one but we booked the 2nd floor so its not that bad! Love how our ac cools down the room really quick! Whole fridge is a must for me since we bought food, snacks and drinks! They also let you borrow their cooler and it has a reusable ice pack, I have to use that one since I have to pack fresh milk for my little one.Parking: they dont have parking available but on side streets you have to pay about 56 / 24 hrs. Or if wanted to walk theres a few parking garages available. The room is very clean when we got there. Checking in is super easy, the host will text, email you the instructions on how to get yourself in . They also put in suggestions on where to go or eat. They gave us complimentary water , coffee, tea , and cookies to start our day. They supplied the bath towels/washcloths for each guest and also they have beach towels for us to use.Kitchen: complete kitchen with utensils, cooking ware, plates, cups, toaster , microwave even a rice cooker!The host is super nice and always checking in to see if we needed anything we can message them anytime..Would recommend this place !

Great location close to beach and all the things

This location is great! Close to the beach, walking distance to everything. If you're a light sleeper it's a bit noisy due to the old single pane windows and door. Place needs updating but overall good

Quick Visit

Just visiting for a long weekend my son who is stationed on the island. Location was convenient to all needs and wants. Very happy with the experience.

Amazing time

Thank you for giving us a great place to stay on our first visit to Hawaii. Such a great location. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Located in a perfect place - close to beach and everything happening in Waikiki. Only recommendation I have is for people who want to cook maybe you could have tin foil or parchment paper available.

Great location

I would advise against renting a car since everything you need is within walking distance. I made the mistake of renting a car and the parking cost me more than the cost of the car rental

Perfect Location

This condo was perfect for our family of four (2 adults and 2 toddlers). Only a 5 min walk to the beach and direct access to all things downtown. The condo was exactly like the pictures. The reviews mentioned that it was noisy but we didn’t experience any noise, even with the food trucks all out front of the building. We would for sure stay here again
