The house was located in with easy access to the highway and downtown. There were a few coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance.

YES ONLY THING IS MORE LIGHTING AND BETTER EXPLANATION OF KEY BOX. wE ARRIVED VERY LATE AND IT TOOK A BIT TO LOCATE AS WE WERE NOT LOOKING AT THE DOOR, BUT FOR A BOX.

Nice house, sketchy neighborhood

House and property was nice. Very clean!! However, huge fight took place next door. Fists flying. Cops called. Neighborhood is a bit sketch.

Cute Little House

We stayed for 3 days. House was very cute and clean. The back yard is very nice with hot tub. Communication was easy and we were able to check in early. Very nice amenities and kitchen. WiFi available and nice television. Be advised that neighborhood is not that great. Very close to neighbors with children and barking dogs. Not far from beach.

We stayed here for a wedding weekend and to explore the area with our three dogs. Finding a pet-friendly rental that allows three dogs is rare, so we really appreciated the host accommodating them.The house was clean and had clearly been updated over time. It wasn't anything fancy, but it had everything we needed: comfortable beds, a functional kitchen, a fenced yard for the dogs, and a great central location. Since we were out most of the day, it worked well for our trip.One thing to note if you're bringing dogs is that the neighboring homes also have dogs, so there was frequent barking. If your dogs are reactive, this could be an issue.The biggest downside was receiving two late-night noise complaints. The first came around 10:30 p.m. after we'd already been in bed for two hours. The second came while we weren't even at the house. The host said the messages were automated from a motion detector, but the light appeared to stay activated constantly, even without movement, so that explanation didn't make much sense. It left a bad impression.Despite other reviews, we never felt unsafe in the neighborhood. It's an older, middle-class area with charming homes, kids playing outside, and families.Overall, this rental was exactly what we needed for this trip, but because of the repeated noise alerts, we wouldn't stay here again.

We do want to sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the noise alerts during your stay. To stay in compliance with strict local City Ordinances for short-term rentals, we utilize automated noise-monitoring sensors (which measure decibel levels, not motion). Because these alerts are triggered automatically based on local noise regulations, they can sometimes send automated notifications if outdoor decibel limits are exceeded—even briefly. We understand how frustrating receiving those alerts was during your trip, and we're actively reviewing the sensor settings to ensure they are properly calibrated and clearer for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us and for taking great care of the home!
