My family thoroughly enjoyed the cabin. We will be traveling back-and-forth from Tennessee to Elma numerous times in the future and hopefully we’ll be able to stay here again. We really loved everything about it.

Fantastic spot

Such an amazing spot for a weekend getaway I had a blast peaceful area tucked away my girlfriend and I along with my dog enjoyed every bit of it check in check out was simple and easy house rules were basic and not strict or anything loved it and hope to book again soon

Amazing House in Great Location

The house is absolutely beautiful and well equipped with everything you need!! The setting is very peaceful and easy to get where you need. The house is new and very tastefully decorated. Jason - the owner - was very quick to respond to any questions I had before arrival and also checked in to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend this house if staying in the area!!! It is perfect for adults and children!! Thanks Jason for sharing your beautiful home!!!

Great quiet getaway!

This house on a lake was all we needed to unwind from our hectic lives. They thought of everything when building this beautiful home on the lake. It was a joy fishing and paddle boarding. Great seeing the otters and ducks on the pond. Beautiful view out the back. Hosts were prompt with communication. Will be back. Thank you

Centrally located new house

We had an amazing time visiting Washington and this house was a big part of it. We were able to visit Olympic National Park twice, Mount Rainier, Seattle a couple times and Olympia all in a week. The house is very comfortable with the open kitchen/dining/living area and beautiful cathedral ceilings with tons of morning light. New, modern appliances made cooking a joy, and we were able to go home with clean laundry, which is always nice. The two real beds (ones upstairs and one downstairs) were super comfy. The Murphy bed in the office is made up of three thinner mattress type cushions that when spread out on the floor make up a bed. Since I was the eldest of the group I didn’t have to sleep on it, we gave that privilege to the youngest. There are also two twin size cushion beds that when folded up work like a bean bag chair but can be unfolded to a bed. My teenage daughter slept on one and she said the seams between the sections were a little uncomfortable so we ended up putting an extra blanket under her, which there were a good supply of, and she slept just fine. The deck overlooking the pond has plenty of comfy seating and was perfect for our morning coffee, watching the fish catch their breakfast as well as in the evening for a relaxing end of the day. We can’t wait to return to Washington and will definitely stay here again.

Red Gables is stunning! A home away from home… has everything you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms well stocked, and the outdoors tranquil and beautiful. We were visited by herons, ducks, bats, and many song birds. So nice to sit by the pond and relax. We were lucky to be there during a full moon which was so pretty reflected on the pond. We got to meet Jason and his son. It was nice to meet you, Jason. Always nice to learn a little bit about the history of the property, etc. Our son recently moved to Elma. Red Gables will definitely be our go to when we come up to visit.Thank you for a lovely place to land.

I highly recommend. The host was amazing. Communication was great and the property was everything as described. What a gorgeous VRBO the setting and Lake was amazing. The windows are incredible to frame the view. Thank you for having us.

We loved this place. Very clean. Host communicated very quickly and was easy to work with. The house was well stocked and decorated very nicely. Would definitely stay again.
