Luxe Artisan Resort-Asheville's Ultimate Getaway!

Luxe Artisan Resort is a luxury log cabin resort situated besides soothing sounds of a perennial creek in the tranquil Blue Ridge province. This family-friendly cabin sleeps 22 and offers an array of indoor/outdoor amenities. While the cabin is a destination within itself, its location is both supremely convenient and wonderfully secluded, merely a 5-minute trip to groceries and the charm of Black Mountain, and just 20 minutes away from the attractions of Asheville.

Guests can enjoy their freedom to check-in and check-out easily with keyless entry. Although I will personally not be greeting you at the house, I will be happy to help with anything before, during and after your stay. I am easily accessible all times via the app, text and email. When you book, I will be sending you the house manual which has my personal recommendations for restaurants, activities to do in the neighborhood.

The neighborhood is very private and secluded but just 5 mins to groceries and black mountain, 20 mins to downtown Asheville; very convenient. Area is completely wooded and you will barely notice other houses nearby through the trees.

Black Mountain, North Carolina, is a charming and picturesque small town nestled in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Known for its stunning scenic beauty, this vibrant community offers a peaceful yet engaging atmosphere for both residents and visitors.

You will have access to the entire house except 2 owners closet.

You will need a car to get around but its easy to get uber/lyft as well. We are not remote where you have to drive 30 mins on curvy steep roads, so getting instacart, doordash and other deliveries is easy

Smoking Policy:
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

Quiet Hours:
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, we request guests to respect quite hours from 10PM - 6AM for this residential property.

Occupancy Limits:
Our cabin can accommodate 22 guests. Please see the description of bedrooms and sleeping spaces. We have other cabins in the area if you have a larger group. Please message us to inquire.

Parties/ Events:
Events or parties are not allowed without prior approval and an additional fee. Contact us for more details. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Booking a stay with 6 people but inviting additional guests to host a family reunion, baby shower, graduation party, bachelor/bachelorette party, wedding shower, etc. is considered an event.

Hot Tub and Sauna:
- The Hot Tub, Sauna and TreeDeck hammock is available for USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts and owners are not responsible for any injuries that result from the use of these amenities
- Children must be supervised all times if they use these facilities.
- The hot tub will be professionally cleaned every turn and balanced.

Refund Policy:
- There are NO REFUNDS allowed for Weather, Natural Disasters, Power Outages, and other circumstances that are beyond our control.

Wildlife:
It is common to see black bears in Western North Carolina Mountains. We do occasionally see bears on site. They keep to themselves but its best to exercise reasonable precaution. Recommend leaving car doors locked and peak out before stepping outside. Make sure not to leave trash or food outside unattended.

Please note: The property's gate is currently undergoing repairs due to recent flood damage. In the meantime, it can be manually closed if necessary. We appreciate your understanding as we work on resolving this issue.
