Enjoy 2 docks (over 850 sq ft!), a game room packed with fun, kayaks, fire pit, and 4BR/3BA comfort for the whole crew. Whether swimming, relaxing, or enjoying sunrise coffee on the screened porch, this home has it all.

Bed linens for all beds and towels are provided (7 day reservations only). For shorter stays, feel free to bring your own or contact wegotyoucovered-sml.com to rent sheets/towels.

3 Little Birds will check off all your wants and needs for your vacation at Smith Mountain Lake! This spacious 3000 sqft home has a beautiful open floor plan with lots of natural light. The gracious kitchen, with tons of cabinet and counter space, is well equipped with all you need to prepare fun family dinners. The dining area and bar have seating for your entire group.

Provided appliances include Coffee Maker (ground and k-pod), Belgian Waffle maker, toaster, crockpot

The open layout makes it perfect for the whole family to gather. The great room walks out to a spacious deck with comfortable seating to enjoy a nice lunch or mid-day snack while taking a rest from swimming. Down the hall, you will find a full guest bath and bedroom, plus the primary bedroom and bath. Off the primary, there is a screened porch for you to enjoy the beautiful sunrise with a great book and a cup of your favorite brew.


Head downstairs to the family room for a movie night and enjoy a classic on the big screen while getting cozy on the sectional. Off the family room are two more bedrooms. Step outside onto the patio, take a seat, and soak in the stunning views of Smith Mountain Lake, or enjoy a summer night by the gas fire pit. Make your way to the dock and enjoy a day full of swimming, kayaking (two single kayaks and one double kayak provided), and making memories with the whole family.

This home is on a quiet cove and only approximately 10 minutes from Bridgewater Plaza by water or land. While spending your time at the lake in this charming home, be sure to check out the game room in the detached garage. There are plenty of games including ping-pong, foosball, cornhole, darts, Pop-A-Shot basketball, Pac Man and Ms. Pac Man, and much more.

What sets this property apart? The tranquility of our cove. With minimal boat traffic, you can maximize your time in the water. The property boasts 150ft of shoreline, with water depth of about 8 to 9 feet at the end of the dock (at full pond). Experience the charm and serenity of lakeside living at "3 Little Birds."
