We enjoyed our stay. Very clean, kitchen had everything we needed, even had toys for kids. The bigger kids enjoyed the game room.

Great area to stay for our visit. We especially appreciated the recommendations from the host for local places to eat and visit. The host communicated well our entire time.

We enjoyed our stay at Bud’s Place. It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The grandkids especially enjoyed the game room and the ping pong table was great for the entire family. During our stay we visited the Ark Encounter, the Creation museum and the Cincinnati Zoo. Highly recommend!

Location convenient dor our activities. Host left snack basket! Rooms exactly as depicted. Trains do pass somewhere close by but earplugs and sound machines were in every bedroom as well as a TV. Beds very comfortable and kids bedroom was a hit with our grands.

Over great space in a cute little neighborhood. Clean and convenient location. Everything was good. The kitchen/dining was a little tight for 10 people. But works for most people. Host was great to work with and very quick to respond about small questions we had.

Very nice house.. clean and well maintained.. the host left little things that made us feel welcome..kitchen was well stocked and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in all bathrooms..comfortable beds.. cool air and plenty of hot water for the 8 of us.. there is a railroad very close with very loud trains throughout the night but the host did leave ear plugs.. but from a girl that hears trains at home it was not too bad. Would highly recommend this place and would stay there again

The home was in an ideal location for a trip to the Ark. It was clean and comfortable. I stayed with 3 friends and we each had our own bedroom. We enjoyed playing ping pong and foosball. Our host was proactive in communication and we had no problems. The surrounding neighborhood was safe and quiet. I would stay here again.

Three couples stayed here and we all loved our king sized beds. The kitchen was very well supplied and house was very clean. We selected this place because of being located near The Ark Encounter and that it was.

The house is very clean and has everything you need. It is close to train tracks so there is whistle and rumble noise. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

I would give it 5 stars except there was not enough hot water for 5 adults to shower without the last two being lukewarm. But other than that our family had a great time! Convenient to shopping,food,and the Ark Encounter which was purpose of our weekend!

We stayed here with extended family and went to the Ark and Creation Museum. The house was fine itself. We mentioned a few small things to the property manager that could help to make the stay better and I’m sure he’ll rectify those. (More baking dishes, hand towels and extra toilet paper-nothing big!) We all enjoyed the Arcade game, Foosball table and ping pong table. It is in a small neighborhood that seems nice and quiet. HOWEVER, the train track across the street is not. If you are a light sleeper, you won’t sleep through the night here, despite the earplugs provided in every room. That was the case for 2 of the people in our family. The train runs nearly every 60-90min. Then there are times we didn’t hear it. And it is so close we saw the Conductor one time while sitting outside on the nice back porch. So, yes the house was cute, but the location was not the best for people who have trouble sleeping at night. I’d say bring your own earplugs and that’ll help.

Everything was extremely clean and seemed new. We really appreciated the ear plugs and sound machines since the train is close by. Water pressure and shower head was great. The keurig machine was not working and travis promptly replaced it. He responded quickly to any requests. We appreciated the snacks he left too. Our stay was great!

Everything was great. The listing was honest-I did need the earplugs for the train but I slept well with them in. It was pretty hot when we arrived and we would have enjoyed the deck more had been shaded a little. Overall great stay;)

The home was wonderful! Please note there is a train nearby that makes multiple, noisy passes…however, the host has noise machines and ear plugs to help with that. Beds were very comfortable, nice amenities, close to the Ark, and loved the treat basket.

Quiet neighborhood except for the frequent passing of the trains. Bedrooms were good size and we had everything we needed. Good central location for seeing the Arc.
