Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Great Place

We had a great stay! The Cowboy was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. There were plenty of supplies, which made our stay even more convenient. Only thing we would of loved to have was some type of grill outside. The location was also close to everything we wanted to do and easy to get around. Overall, a wonderful place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it!

The Cowboy was fabulous. Spotless and extremely well appointed!! Welcome snacks and other items provided were wonderful!! The layout is perfect with essentially two Master suites. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Accommodations!

Excellent accommodations and amenities. Location is good for downtown Fredericksburg but also very quiet and peaceful. Will make this a regular stay in the future.

We loved our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Cowboy. It was the perfect couples getaway to relax and enjoy a beautiful home. Everything met and surpassed our expectations, very clean and had everything we could need. We would highly recommend and would stay again come future traveling.

Very Nice Condo

We did not do any outside time, so didn't use the area, but not much thought went into that area. Only one place in the house part we found odd was 2 doors hitting in the right bedroom and bathroom. One of those should be barn sliding so you don't have to close the bedroom door, to open the bathroom door. Not a major thing, but seemed odd with how well the condo was constructed. Again, the service from Absolute Charm was impeccable!

The location is perfect. Walking in we were pleasantly surprised by the perfection of everything and every room. Our son said that he could build a place like that and live there. I wish every VRBO that we rent would be exactly like this. We will stay here again

Wonderful Place to Stay

This was my second time staying in an Absolute Charm property. Both were wonderful, clean and very comfortable. The cowboy is absolutely charming. The beds were great, we had everything we needed, plus some delightful extras. I will always look at Absolute Charm properties when returning to Fredericksburg.

Great place for couples

House is in a great location and extremely clean. We loved the welcome snacks provided. Only reason it did not receive an excellent rating is because the hot water runs out really fast especially if both showers are running simultaneously. It was not a pleasant experience our 1st night, but we adjusted to taking showers at different times. If this property had a hot tub it would probably be my favorite home in Fredericksburg.

Probably not returning

Fireplace didn't work Over priced Someone parked in my 2nd parking spot the entire two days. No curtains on entry way door or windows so everyone will see you driving in. Top cover wasn't clean good seen several stains. Shower had long blonde hair in it. Bugs on the floor Too many rules The fact you have to pay for a 3rd guest when the house holds four people is a wrap off. Just not work the time or money to stay again.

This property was beautiful, comfortable, and a perfect place for 4 people to stay. Everything looked brand new and was spotless with cute decor! It was super easy to check-in and the property left us a very nice welcome tray of snacks and drinks. The check-out was seamless too with no chores to do prior to leaving the property. We brought our golf cart and this house was a very close and easy ride over to main street to shop and eat. We would highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice place to stay for a weekend in Fredericksburg! We would 10/10 recommend and will definitely book again!

The Cowboy

The Cowboy 707 was everything and more than I had imagined. Accommodations are comfortable, decorated beautifully, and extremely clean. Great design, 2 bedrooms with attached baths and large closets. The large living area and the kitchen were perfect. I have recommended it to all my friends and will reserve it again for myself soon.
