This Ballard gem was cozy, clean and felt brand new. It was in a convenient area with access to Ballard, Fremont and downtown Seattle within 10 minutes. The Ballard area has lots of nice areas to walk and many restaurant choices. I recommend this cozy condo for a comfortable stay near all Seattle attractions. Stay and Enjoy!

Very clean and nice property with a fabulous and walkable location in Ballard. Met our needs perfectly and the host was great! Even had kids toys and a high chair. Would recommend!

The home was very clean and in a wonderful location. The communication was exceptional and there were so many amenities that made traveling with our two young children much easier. It is listed in the description but just be mindful that there are 4 levels (including the rooftop) so lots of stairs!

Our multi-generational family really enjoyed staying at this home. The house felt new and clean. The host was incredibly responsive to any questions or requests we had. We really enjoyed going up on the rooftop and grilling a few times - view of the Space Needle. We'd recommend this home to anyone coming to the Seattle area.

The property is very clean and as described. As mentioned, there are a lot of stairs. We had no problem with this but consider if you have difficulty with stairs. The washer and dryer was nice to have after a 5 night visit. The rooftop area was great for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. It was our first visit to Seattle. We didn't rent a car, but the bus/transit system was easy to figure out. There is a bus stop close by ( 5 min walk) and we were able to get everywhere we wanted to go. Karen was very accommodating and commication was easy. I would recommend this property.

Our stay was great. The location is perfect. A quiet street but walking distance to lots of restaurants and things to do. The host was vey responsive and the place was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Ahhhhhmazing place in a great location! Beds were comfy and accommodations were wonderful. Only recommendation would be for a more comfortable sofa for watching some tv and lounging. Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay. Everything was as advertised, photos of interior are accurate. Internet wasn’t working and the host, Karen, found a solution in less than 30 minutes. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great location

This is a great property and we would definitely stay here again. Great location and very clean. It worked for my families needs very well. Loved the neighborhood and it’s close proximity to downtown Seattle.

The property worked out great for our group. Everything was clean and comfortable for our stay. The host communication provided all of the information we needed. We would have enjoyed the rooftop deck, but the rain never stopped while we were there - welcome to Seattle!

Cute and cozy rental!

Super cozy and cute rental. Loved the rooftop. Easy check in and out. The only thing that was hard was finding parking.

Glad you enjoyed the stay. Parking can be difficult some days on our block. My go to space is on the next block down by the Boys and girls club. Not as many townhomes so it’s more open. Come visit us again soon.

Great property. Perfect location, a short walk down to downtown Ballard. Parking can be a challenge. My only complaint would be no bathroom on the first.floor.

New and Modern, Great Location

This property was just as advertised. We found it to be clean and comfortable, modern and efficient. Communication with the host was great. Highly recommend!

Great location and Great view

Enjoyed our stay in Ballard. Easy communication and check in. Location is just right for us. Great views from the roof deck. Three bedrooms worked great for us. Parking is an adventure, but never really a big issue. Will definitely return.
