Lots of room for everyone to have space to themselves, but also great open spaces on each floor for everyone to gather. We appreciated the large kitchen table in particular.

The place was clean and welcoming. Lots of room for our large group to hang out together...but also convenient for us to break into 3 or for smaller groups to visit without being distracted by hearing other groups' conversations.

Beautiful home, lots of fun things to do at the house. Appreciated the many starter items for the visit. Beds were very comfortable. House is very large and great for multiple families traveling together. Perfect distance for our Red Rocks concert and going to Rocky Mt National Park, Estes Park. Definitely would stay here again.
