Welcome to Neverland – a unique escape designed by local hospitality experts to cater to your every desire. This is more than just a place to stay; it's an experience you'll never forget.

What kind of experience will YOU have?

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. Please make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Nestled in a secure, family-friendly neighborhood, this delightful home is just steps from the Ralston Creek Trail, a scenic 12-mile path linking to top-rated parks and historic sites. Enjoy a wealth of comfort, convenience, and family fun during your Denver visit! Explore the quaint charm of Olde Town Arvada, featuring diverse dining, local shops, bars, and coffee houses. The home also boasts easy access to major roadways, ideal for discovering Denver and nearby attractions, including skiing and biking in the mountains.

You are welcome to make yourself at home and enjoy every room and feature of this property, with the exception of two locked supply closets and the garage.

If you have any questions or need recommendations for activities and sights in the area, your hosts are readily available to assist you via booking app, phone or text. The home features a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access during your stay.

★ LIVING AREAS ★

This spacious house offers two living spaces, one on the upper level and one on the lower level. Both are equipped with plenty of comfortable seating.

The upper level living includes a large L-shaped leather sectional, comfortable lounger and fun swinging chair where you can sit back and enjoy music on the vinyl player. Please note, the fireplace is not operational at this time, as the chimney is not clear. Any fires would be a hazard and cause smoke to enter the home.

In the lower level living space, you'll also find an Xbox, Nintendo, Oculus VR, Arcade games, and a selection of board games to enjoy with your family. Whether you're looking to relax and watch a movie or challenge each other to a friendly game night, you'll find everything you need in these well-appointed living spaces. Please note that the air hockey table is now in the garage to create more comfortable space around the murphy beds.


★ LOUNGE AREA ★

Upstairs, you'll find a cozy lounge area that's perfect for relaxing and unwinding. With comfortable accent seating, and stylish nesting tables, this space is inviting and stylish. Whether you're looking to curl up with a good book or have an engaging conversation, the lounge area is the perfect spot to do so. You'll love the warm and welcoming atmosphere of this space.


★ KITCHEN ★

In the fully-equipped kitchen, you'll find coffee, tea, and other cooking essentials available for your use. There is a dining table with chairs and a highchair located next to the kitchen, and additional table leaf is available to provide more space for your group.


★ BEDROOMS ★

The house has five bedrooms, with four on the upper level and one on the lower level. Each bedroom upstairs is equipped with a comfortable bed, nightstands, and space for luggage. The lower level bedroom has two full size murphy beds and can be closed off by a curtain from the game room. An air mattress is also available.


★ BATHROOMS ★

The house features 3.5 well-appointed bathrooms, two on the upper level, powder main level and one on the lower level.

The master bathroom upstairs is ensuite and includes shower, large vanity, sink and toilet and includes basic toiletries for your convenience.

The upper level guest bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower, toilet, and sink, and also includes basic toiletries for your convenience.

The lower level bathroom has been recently updated with a large walk in stand-up shower, extended single vanity, and also includes basic toiletries. You'll appreciate the convenience and comfort of these fully-equipped bathrooms during your stay.


★ OUTDOORS ★

The spacious covered deck at this home is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. It features a 10-person Spa Pool (hot tub) for soaking and enjoying the great outdoors, as well as a 6-seat dining set for chatting with friends and family and a fire pit with comfortable seating.

The paved patio area next to the covered deck includes a BBQ grill for outdoor cooking and dining. Imagine sipping on a cold drink while soaking in the hot tub, or grilling up some burgers for a family barbecue.

The fenced yard is designed for fun and adventure, featuring an outdoor playset with a swing and slide that will delight children of all ages and provide hours of entertainment. These outdoor spaces offer a safe and enjoyable space for kids to play, making this home the perfect place for a family stay. Also included are sleds for your winter enjoyment.

Exploring Denver and its amazing surroundings is easy with a rental car or ride-share service. Denver's public transportation system is reliable, but it doesn't provide the same level of freedom as having your own vehicle. To get the most out of your stay, we suggest renting a car or using a ride-share service.



Please note that we have moved the air hockey table to the garage to create more space for the Murphy beds. Also note, there is a tool kit in the laundry room, if needed.

Our house is not suitable for parties or loud music enthusiasts. Quiet hours commence at 10 pm. To ensure everyone's comfort, we've installed noise monitoring devices that gauge decibel levels during these hours; please rest assured, that they do not record or listen to audio.
