We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. Please make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Nestled in a secure, family-friendly neighborhood, this delightful home is just steps from the Ralston Creek Trail, a scenic 12-mile path linking to top-rated parks and historic sites. You are welcome to make yourself at home and enjoy every room and feature of this property, with the exception of two locked supply closets and the garage.

If you have any questions or need recommendations for activities and sights in the area, your hosts are readily available to assist you via booking app, phone or text. The home features a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access during your stay.

Evenings come alive in the movie theater room, where a 75-inch Smart TV and reclining sofas create a cozy spot for film marathons or gaming sessions. Nearby, the fully stocked game room offers air hockey, arcade classics like Pac-Man and Star Wars pinball, an Xbox, Oculus VR, and a Nintendo 64. Downstairs, a swinging chair and soft sectional provide a laid-back nook for board games or quiet conversation.

Outdoor living
Step out to a private patio framed by trees and string lights. The 10-person hot tub invites you to soak under the stars, while the fire pit adds warmth to late-night stories. With a BBQ grill, outdoor dining space, and comfortable furniture, this backyard setting flows naturally from daytime lounging to evening gatherings.

Work & wellness
When work calls, two dedicated workspaces with natural light and high-speed WiFi make it easy to focus. The home gym includes a punching bag, weights, rowing machine, and yoga mats for a quick workout between calls or before breakfast. Just outside, walking and biking trails weave through Arvada’s parks and nature paths, connecting you to scenic views and fresh air.

Kitchen & dining
The open kitchen is equipped for everything from casual breakfasts to shared dinners. Stainless steel appliances, a rice maker, blender, and dishwasher ensure smooth prep and cleanup. Gather around the large dining table that seats twelve, or take your meal outdoors for a relaxed BBQ evening.

Sleeping arrangements
With five bedrooms and flexible sleeping options, the home easily accommodates up to thirteen guests. Upstairs are four private bedrooms with soft bed linens, extra blankets, and blackout shades for a restful night’s sleep. Downstairs, twin XL Murphy beds are separated by curtains for privacy, and an air mattress adds extra flexibility for larger groups.

Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms and one half bath are spread across the home for comfort and privacy. The master ensuite features a spacious vanity, while the guest bath includes a full tub. On the lower level, a newly renovated walk-in shower and accessible layout make mornings simple and smooth.

Family features
Families find everything they need here: a high chair, crib, Pack ’n Play, baby bath, and children’s dinnerware. The KidzKorner offers books, bean bags, and plush toys, while safety touches like table corner guards add peace of mind.

Neighborhood
Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, the home sits steps from Ralston Creek Trail and a short drive from Olde Town Arvada’s restaurants, shops, and coffee houses. With nearby parks, lakes, and the mountains within reach, you can balance days of adventure with easy evenings at home.

Exploring Denver and its amazing surroundings is easy with a rental car or ride-share service. Denver's public transportation system is reliable, but it doesn't provide the same level of freedom as having your own vehicle. To get the most out of your stay, we suggest renting a car or using a ride-share service.



Please note that we have moved the air hockey table to the garage to create more space for the Murphy beds. Also note, there is a tool kit in the laundry room, if needed.

Our house is not suitable for parties or loud music enthusiasts. Quiet hours commence at 10 pm. To ensure everyone's comfort, we've installed noise monitoring devices that gauge decibel levels during these hours; please rest assured, that they do not record or listen to audio.
