We couldn't have asked for a better spot for our Cape Cod adventures! The apartment was clean, comfy, and had all the amenities for a great stay. We especially appreciated the great shower, access to laundry, and the HVAC system that can handle the big temperature swings at this time of year. The hosts were so kind and very responsive. Highly recommend!

This is a beautifully appointed, impeccably maintained property. Mary and Tom have stocked everything you might need - from kitchen appliances to beach chairs and a cooler.

We enjoyed our stay very much. This was an updated and very well appointed studio apartment. Very good location, quiet street. Not far from the beach and ponds. It had WiFi ! And we appreciated the use of the laundry. That was very helpful. We would definitely rent here again.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. We would definitely stay there again. Tom and his family were wonderful to us. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The only negative from my stay was my wife beating me in bubble hockey more often than I'd care to admit but that is on me and no reflection on the the hosts

We stayed for a long weekend and had a wonderful time! Tom and Mary are great hosts who very much want you to enjoy your stay. The place is very quiet and has all the necessary amenities for a short stay. Two things to be aware, phone service can be spotty and the apartment is bright with many (shaded) windows. This is great but you might want to wear an eye mask when sleeping, unless you enjoy waking up with the sun. :)

A great Cape getaway

Tom & Mary were great hosts and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The property is as portrayed and its location is quiet and close to many local and national park beaches.

We had a lovely stay. The property was in a great location, pleasant and private, was clean and well-kept, and check-in was easy. We enjoyed our three nights there.

The place was just like the photos. Very clean . Great that sheets and towels were provided as other rentals in Wellfleet do not always provide linens. We had an issue with check-in. VRBO did not send us any check-in information.
