The home was lovely and clean. The neighbor was safe and quiet. The outdoor space was nice with plenty of seating. The beach was walking distance and Rocky Neck State Park was a joining to the association beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice quiet house with great ocean views and easy access to multiple beaches. Really great location to spend a week (or more) to relax. Appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was, while only being a 10 min ride to restaurants and stores in Niantic.

This place was amazing! Beautiful neighborhood walk to the beach. You can see the ocean from the deck. House was immaculate and well stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We are a bit disappointed that the home was not left "broom clean". A lamp shade was broken and that required 2 being replaced. A plastic Adirondack chair was broken and a white towel was stained with what looked to be bright pink paint.

Great place!Very comfortable and nicely decorated. Deck is very roomy and has good view of ocean. Easy 5 minute walk to nice beach.

House next to beach

This house was very clean with comfortable beds.There is a nice deck where you can see the water. Giant Neck and Rocky Neck Beach are closeby. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved the house overall and the location is beautiful. Some improvements that could be made- shower curtain had some mold on it, sheets and towels not great quality. Otherwise we were happy

Summer at the shore

We enjoyed a fantastic stay .. weather was very kind to us and we were able to enjoy the shore and many water activities in the area.

Lovely CT Beach House

This was a lovely place to stay! Charming neighborhood right near the beach! We felt very comfortable in the home, it was clean, well furnished and well-maintained! The host, Barbara, was great to work with and fast to respond. We would stay here again!

Relaxing Happy Place

We loved the home lots of room and very clean. Very short walk to the beach and quiet neighborhood. Borders a nice park and the town of Niantic is very nice. Would definitely recommend and would come back.

What a spot

The home was wonderful. Such a nice spot and pleasant. We had a fantastic time. The house met and exceeded all our needs. Will stay here again.

Roomy with great location

Fantastic find!

Best of the best! Spacious, clean, beautiful home close to three beaches. Very friendly property owners and neighbors. Beaches are perfect for little ones as well as adults and many sights and activities for all. Don’t miss the bakery and Dino park!!

Pleasant stay

My kids, sisters, and mom all enjoyed our stay! Barbara was communicative abut check-in and the process was easy. The house had everything we needed and was conveniently located a short waking distance to the beach. We had a very pleasant time and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice, peaceful getaway.
