In 29 years of renting cabins in the WI Northwoods, this is the best cabin ever. Great hosts, immaculate, gorgeous location & lake views...nothing was missing or overlooked here. AMAZING!

The cabin was amazing. The views were beautiful. Being on a point was great, our pip really enjoyed all the exploring along the vast shoreline. It was a very peaceful getaway, We will definitely be going back.

The tranquility of this north woods setting is superior. Wildlife siting of otters frolicking in the lake loons calling eagles over head. The undeveloped area ofthe Hemlocks trails and shoreline should not be missed. We saw a bobcat in the wild a true experience. Forest bathing lake views bird watching. Truely relaxing Thanks for sharing this peace of heaven on earth

The lake view was peaceful. We went up there with our dogs to go Hiking. And we managed to find beautiful trails and Hiking areas.

This was a beautiful, northern Wisconsin property that is well maintained and just what we had hoped for for 6 nights away!

Snowmobile Trip

Excellent hosts all the way around. Great location and we had everything we needed. Hoping to be back this summer to fish and enjoy the scenery. Thank you for sharing your home.

Lovely Place!

We loved this home on such a beautiful, quiet lake. We lucked out and had perfect weather for kayaking and hiking on nearby trails. (We even had a little swim.) Would love to come back next summer. Cathy and Ron PS Enjoyed hearing the loons and watching the birds too.

Beautiful, quiet location on the lake. Weather didn’t allow us to get on the lake and paddle but it would have been fabulous to do so. Very clean house. Really comfortable couch. We’re used to a king bed, so the smaller bed was an adjustment for us. Biked directly from the house about 2 miles on a very quiet road to get to the Heart of Vilas Co bike trail. If you’re looking for a secluded getaway, this is a nice place.

We left a day early because the electric power was out more than on. Could not reach a property manager because the power to the wi-fi/internet was out too.Did not ski, was up for snowmobiling. But because the power was out my wife was alone without power. Had to cut the trip short because of power failures. Overall nice cabin but power issue overwhelmed the stay.

Fun at Chain o Lakes

Hands down the best VRBO rental for location and cost. Took my daughter Kayaking for a short 3 day vacation. Low to water surface dock made it easy in and out of the Lake. Lots to see Kayaking within Van Vliet Lake. If adventurous, cross over into Presqur isle lake without the need to portage across any land mass. The 2 bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and functional. This not to be taken lightly! Most cabins are sparse on dishers and flatware ! And finally, the outdoor area. Great for sitting around to read a book or start a campfire for those s'mores. Was so worth the 600 mile drive. We will be back!
