Victoria, thank you for the thoughtful review and for the kind words about our team. We're glad the location worked so well for the hiking and biking. You're right that the laundry amenity on the listing is not accurate. That was an error on our end and we are working with Vrbo to get it corrected. We appreciate you flagging it. The mattress is the part we most wish we had heard about while you were still here. We keep toppers on hand for exactly this reason and would have brought one over the same day, and if that had not solved it we would have looked at replacing the bed. We reach out to every guest after arrival and we're available throughout the stay, so please never hesitate to call or message us. Folding comforters into a makeshift pad is not how anyone should spend a vacation and we're sorry it came to that. Your feedback has us taking a hard look at that mattress now.
