Very clean, and close to the Marine corps graduation. Beautiful house and plenty of places to go nearby. Grateful for the opportunity to spend time with our Marine graduate.

Stayed here for my sons USMC graduation and it was perfect! Close to Paris Island, clean, convenient, great beds, coffee and the view from the back made it feel like it was a mini vacation. Host was accommodating and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this home for anyone traveling to Paris Island.

This place is beautiful, peaceful and a great location for scrutiny we wanted to do. The hosts were great and communications were awesome. Well stocked kitchen. We had a wonderful time and will book it again next year!

Everything was amazing but what was best was the communication from the host, she was wonderful!! I'd highly recommend booking this location, especially if you're here for the Marine Corps graduation because it's so easy to get there from here. You won't be disappointed.

Everything is description was spot on! The waterfront view was amazing! We loved the baby crabs that would even come right up to patio!! We would absolutely stay again!

All you could need and more! If you're visiting Parris Island for graduation, this property is the top pick. Oorah!Keep your eyes peeled for dolphin activity off the back patio.

Perfect property for our stay after grandson's graduation at Parris Island. Close to everything in the area, including beautiful Hunting Island State Park (and beach). House had everything we needed to cook/eat in if we wanted. Might want to consider TV's in the bedrooms, but for us wasn't really an issue. Host was exceptional. Thanks!

Our stay here was absolutely perfect! Location to Parris Island, Bayside Beaufort, local shops, Beach, restaurants was so convenient. Our hostess was so helpful and attentive; the home had everything we needed or could have hoped for and we loved sitting out back with the picturesque water view.

Stayed here for my son’s marine corps graduation. It is so close to the base which made the early mornings so easy! The property is spacious and clean and the decor is perfect and homey. But the view…it was absolutely stunning! Eileen and Jim are so kind and the best hosts I ever had. The next door neighbor to the right is very nice and gave us a bag of his homemade coffee that is fantastic!! I definitely recommend a stay here for Parris Island graduation and even for a relaxing get away vacation. You won’t be sorry. I did not want to leave!

Love, love, love this place. Great location. Very spacious. Well appointed kitchen. Peaceful and quiet area. Loved watching the river and the boats. Very near great restaurants. We had an issue with the ice maker and the host had it resolved very quickly.

Wonderful place to stay. Clean, updated & the host was very quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend this place… truly only minutes to Parris Island for those who are in the area for Marine graduation. Convenient to shops & restaurants too.

Absolutely would recommend. Cozy, clean, outstanding view and so conveniently close to MCRD Parris Island for any family picking up their new marine as we did. Great communication with quick response. We look forward to coming back.

Eileen is a wonderful host, any questions were answered in minutes. I highly recommend this home. Clean, fully furnished and 3 minutes to Parris Island marine base. Wish we had more time to enjoy and explore the area. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Battery at Port Royal

Great location. Close to Parris Island for those attending graduation. Close to historic Beaufort to explore shops and restaurants. Loved looking out at the water everyday. We will be back!
