Fully furnished 3 bedroom(1 queen, 1 double and 2 twins), 2 full bath home in Pigeon Point neighborhood. This home sleeps six very comfortably. Within walking distance to downtown, this home is furnished very tastefully with all appointments. All linens, towels, beach towels, kitchen supplies, charcoal grill, and toiletries(shampoo, conditioner, soap, TP) are included in your stay. Large backyard with back porch and a beautiful 7-acre park right next door.

Low Country HIGH

Friends from all over the nation joined together at Pigeon Point for a wedding! The idea of all staying under one roof was our goal and the cottage checked all the boxes! Great location, all the amenities and with the owners next door was the icing on the cake! Definitely a warm, comfy feel!

Pleasant Stay

Girls trip

The house was perfect for my friends and myself. The location was perfect Laura was super helpful, she even brought us a coffee bean grinder when I accidentally bought beans! We definitely will use this place again.

Peaceful time in Beaufort

We decided last minute to stay here instead of a hotel. We are so glad we did! Perfect location and so quiet. We walked into town and around the neighborhood. The Thai and Sushi place right down the street is very good. Laura was very responsive and provided lots of options for our time there. Would stay again!

Cozy house, great location

This was our first trip to Beaufort and this house was perfect for my husband, myself and our two young daughters. It was super cute and had everything we needed. It was easy enough to walk to restaurants and there was beautiful park right at the end of the street. The sunroom in the back was a total perk of the house, such a great place to relax. Laura was super friendly and accommodating. We’d love to come back

USCB move in day!!!

Wonderful place so convenient to everything we needed. Moved our oldest in to dorms at USCB for college and this place was right there and made our trip so much easier!! Literally just a block away from where we needed to load and unload and short walk to everything school related. Also a great place as a base camp for everything in the area you want to see. Great spot

Came for a conference and this spot was great. Within walking distance to downtown and even a local boba spot, which was a treat. A great park next for for the kids and sweet touches like some snacks waiting for us. Kids (9y,5y, 9 months) had a great time and we hope to book again.

Perfect setting!

What a wonderful home and location. Everything you could possibly need for your stay. Would definitely return again! The host was gracious and very accommodating. Next to a lovely park and in a quiet neighborhood. We just loved our visit in this beautiful home.

Fantastic experience

Our hosts were so much more than just that. They made us feel like family. The home was precisely as advertised and spotless. The location out on Pigeon Point was just steps from a lovely park and within walking distance of Bay Street. We will definitely use this hidden jewel again.

Great location, great property, wonderful host!

We rented the house for our family of five adults to be together for the holidays. It was the perfect location, close to everything and walking distance to downtown. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our host was so easy to work with and very accommodating!

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood

This home was a wonderful place to stay during our recent visit to Beaufort. Laura is extremely responsive and the communication was excellent - making for a smooth experience. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood about an 18 min walk to downtown Beaufort. The house is very clean and comfortable - the beds we used were very comfortable. Our stay was short so we barely used the kitchen but it was stocked. The sun room was a nice place to enjoy a cup of coffee or evening snack/glass of wine. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Awesome stay

We stayed at this property while attending our son's graduation from boot camp. Everything was as advertised. Perfect stay and the property manager was very helpful and accommodating. Would recommend to others.

This home is located in a great area. Close to downtown. Good places to eat and the home itself is located in a neighborhood that is peaceful. Love the green room and the back deck area.

A Perfect Place to Spend a Week

The house is charming from the outside and perfectly suited for 4 adults on the inside. 2 full shower/bathrooms plus plenty of towels, and whatever one needs to take care of basics including shampoo and conditioner! Kitchen and dining room allowed for a bit more cooking (should that be desired) rather than simply microwaving everything. Street is quiet and owner of property is close-by which was comforting. Beautiful sunroom added the finishing touch to a lovely stay. We'll return as soon as time allows.

Quick Trip

Only laid our heads down at the property; as we were staying for Parris Island graduation. The house was clean and a good fit for us. The park that is close to the property was perfect to get some energy out after long days at the graduation. I would recommend the property.

Great stay, flexible owner.

The house was spacious, one level and tastefully decorated, with everything one needs for a short or long stay. We loved the sun room. The park, just a a minute away was great for kids and the location at the end of a dead street, made for a quiet and private stay, The owner was very responsive including providing recommendations of what to do and where to eat while in town. She also was flexible in allowing is to check in and check out a day late, due to a last minute family emergency. Highly recommend!

This house is a gem

When looking for a girls weekend trip I came across this diamond in the rough what a find everything you could ever want and need is in this house. close to downtown for shopping, dining and walking. the park down the way is simple stunning with the oak trees and spanish moss hanging from the limbs. Looking for a wonderful place to stay look no further this house is perfect.

Great rental property

One of the best locations for walking to town and right at the entrance to Pigeon Point Park. House was perfect for a long rental. It was well equipped and comfortable. Would rent again.
