Continually updating our 3 bedroom colonial with 2 full baths, eat-in kitchen, living room, den/home office, sunroom with sliders out to deck for entertaining. Outdoor shower. Hardwood floors throughout the entire house. Huge, private, fenced in yard with brick paver patio and fire pit. A professional grill is provided for the chefs in your family! There is a large cast iron dining table with umbrella for shade and seating for eight provided for your comfort.

Amazing stay here in Point Pleasant !

Place was clean you needed nothing Gail the host was great !! Would highly recommend this place to anyone ! We were able to bring our pup Franki so she had a great time as well 😊

Welcoming Home

This was our second year in a row and can’t say enough good things about this home. Perfect spot for a family, great location, and can guarantee everything you need is at your fingertips. Hosts are wonderful, too!! P.S. loved the comfy new lounge chairs in the back, and the oven/stove was a great fancy addition ;-)

Beautiful home, huge backyard!

Had an amazing time with our 2 year old. Fenced in backyard was great for evenings and to let our kid run around free. Would def come back again!

Back to the Jersey Shore

26 years ago, we moved from the Jersey shore to Connecticut. We finally made it back and what a great time we had. Gail and Greg’s house was perfect For all our needs. When we weren’t at the beach, we were hanging out in the great backyard or at the kitchen table playing cards or games. Gail is a Wonderful host and made us feel welcome in her home. We hope to make it back another summer.

Our summer home away from home for a week!

We’ve been staying at this wonderful home for as long as my kids can remember! I can’t say enough good things about it and the terrific homeowners! I almost don’t want to let my “secret” out of the bag! :) Thank you Gail and Greg for always having a cozy and warm place for us to get away to! See you next year…again!

A wonderful beach house!

We all agree that the house is even better in person. I went with my husband, 2 sons, and parents. It was a perfect set up because my parents had their own room and bathroom on the main floor, and we stayed upstairs with our own bathroom. The host had a pack and play, which was so convenient because we have a 2 year old and baby so it was one less big product we needed to pack! The backyard was definitely our favorite part, very well kept, we spent all our meals out there, my 2 year old rode his bike and ran around to get all of his energy out. We would love the opportunity to stay here again one summer!

Third year at this property and can’t wait to come again!

We have 2 adults, 1 college, i middle, 2 high school and two dogs and everyone wanted to come to this house again for the third year. Nice neighborhood, away from crowds but short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The yard is great, they think of everything and the house is spotless every time There are always refreshes inside and outside the house so it always looks stylish. Love it!

Top notch hosts, beautiful property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from beginning to end. The property was immaculate and just as pictured. So many extra perks including wine and flowers upon our arrival. Not only did these amazing hosts provide a well-equipped house with all the necessities and all the comforts of home, they couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The quick responses to all my communications with the host was greatly appreciated! My only regret is since the weather was so hot, we couldn’t enjoy their beautiful yard as much as I would have liked. Great stay, comfortable beds too !!!

Excellent accomodations!

The home was exactly as pictured and as promised. We appreciated the table for 2 outide the back door for morning coffee, the night lights everywhere for navigating unfamiliar territory at night, the keurig coffee maker, good water pressure and plenty of hot water, and most of all, labels and instructions everywhere! I wish it were a bit closer to the shore, but we were able to find parking nearby each time we went down to the ocean. There were beach chairs available and bicycles as well. All in good condition!

Fourth time here and best yet-4 teens, 2 adults, 2 dogs

This house was perfect 3 years ago when we first started using it and it still gets better every year. This year they added bikes and a few other pretty big surprises. We have never needed anything at this property that the owner didn’t already take care of, and the property and residence are meticulously maintained. Honestly can’t say enough good about the property and the owners, you won’t be disappointed.

The Perfect Beach House

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Gail’s perfect and very well stocked beach house. We stayed at her home the week of my daughters wedding as well as and the hottest heatwave of the summer! Thank goodness the AC worked like a charm! Gail has thought of every detail that a home might need for guests! That for us was very helpful, so we knew we did not have to run to the store for anything ! Such a great backyard for bbq’s or early morning coffee! Thank you again for a great week!

Perfect house for us

The house was perfect for our family of 4 plus our dog. Close enough to the beach (and the included beach passes were much appreciated) to walk (although we drove and always found free parking.) The house is well stocked with necessary kitchen items and cleaning supplies. The owner was quick to respond and extremely easy to deal with. The neighborhood is quiet but centrally located and the neighbors were friendly while I was on my walks with the dog. The fenced in backyard was great and furnished with outdoor dining and seating, although we didn't really use it. Overall, a great first trip to the Jersey Shore.

Second stay and it was perfect again!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and after everything going on with COVID, this was a much needed vacation for my family of 2 adults, 3 teens, 1 child and 2 dogs. And for the second time, the property and owners were incredible again! Almost everything in Point Pleasant is open except indoor dining. The 4 beach badges that are provided are for a very quiet beach so social distancing was easy. It was so much better a trip than we could ever have imagined and, as it was last year, the owners thought of absolutely everything. The house was immaculate, the neighborhood was great and we will be back. Thank you Gail and Greg for another great year!! We will definitely see you again!

Cute and quiet and convenient to everything.

We had a great time at Gail's place in Point Pleasant Beach. The house has 3 nicely sized bedrooms and plenty of nooks to get comfortable whether in the livingroom, den, playroom? or outside. Our dog was confused by the artificial turf in the back yard, but made do by going on walks. Gail was nice enough to leave a small pool for our daughter to play in, which she (and the dog) made good use of. The house is very convenient and within walking distance to a drug store, convenience store, bars, restaurant and the beach. The nearby train tracks are a quiet and distant-sounding drone. I expected them to be much louder.

Beach week with friends!

My friends and I had a wonderful time on our vacation! This home is comfortable, clean, well-decorated, and well-maintained. It has all of the amenities you would love to have during your vacation stay including indoor and outdoor games, fire pit, outdoor shower, outdoor seating, a/c and ceiling fans. The owners are wonderful! They made renting their property an easy process and gave us advice on where to eat dinner, how to get to the boardwalk, the cost of taxis to nightlife, etc. Insider tip: They are walking distance from The Ark, a bar with a super fun, competitive trivia night and great food. The beach in closest proximity to the house is clean and less crowded than the beaches by Jenkinson's boardwalk. We enjoyed days at the beach, nights at the boardwalk, making S'mores at the fire pit, and shopping in downtown Pt Pleasant. Thank you for our wonderful stay!

Perfect! The owners thought of everything and I couldn’t recommend a place any more than here!

It’s not easy pleasing 2 adults, 4 children (10-16) and 2 dogs, but everyone was absolutely in love with this house! Gail & Greg thought of all the little things and finishing touches. The house and neighborhood were perfect, the yard was like a Shangri-La with a fire pit, fully fenced, gourmet BBQ, Outdoor shower and even a putting green. The house was immaculate, the rooms were large and there were plenty of them, the owners were incredibly accommodating and kind, and it was all convenient to just about everything. I honestly cannot think of one thing that anyone in the house complained about or wanted. A truly perfect week at Pt Pleasant and definitely want to return! Thank you Greg & Gail, it couldn’t have been better! Ron, Adrienne & Crew

3rd Time Still a Charm!

This was indeed our third time renting the Menist's lovely Pt. Pleasant home and as with the other two times, we had a delightful week and wanted for nothing when it came to our accommodations. The Menist house has everything my 2 daughters, sons-in-law, and 2 grandkids (12 and 6) and I could want. There is lots of room for us to not only sleep but also just hang out when we are not at the beach. The new downstairs bathroom makeover to a walk in shower was a wonderful surprise for us this year. The backyard with different entertainment 'stations' - picnic table area; fire pit w/ surrounding Adirondack chairs; putting green (!) and assorted outdoor (as well as indoor games) makes even the cloudiest or wettest shore days still ones to enjoy. Many thanks to Gail and her husband for welcoming us back again this year! Ingrid Davidsen

Relaxing vacation

The house was very nice and clean the backyard was outstanding even a putting green. We were close to beach by car 5 minutes . There were a lot of restaurants within walking distance .We liked the Brick Beach . Baron bagels was a favorite for me short ride from the house. Thank you Gail & Greg for allowing us to bring our dog Jake he adjusted well!

My husband and I purchased this home in 2011, and love with the location. Our home is walking distance to the beach and a nice stroll from the buzz of the boardwalk. Our goal was to make the house warm and inviting for everyone who walks through the door. There are hardwood floors throughout with a few area rugs. We update every year on the off season to make each year's renters experience a favorable one. Another top priority was to ensure that everyone gets a good night sleep so we purchased all new mattress sets for your sleeping pleasure. We have a very loyal following and repeat renters which is a testament to what you can expect if you rent our property.

Our home is well suited for families and couples. The house is very clean and has all the comforts of home.

My husband and I have been visiting the Jersey Shore all our lives, in fact we met 28 years ago when we both had summer rentals “down the shore”. After we were married we spent several summers vacationing in Point Pleasant Beach and when this house came along, we couldn’t resist. Point Pleasant has a lot to offer, it’s very family oriented, but also provides great nightlife for those nights when the babysitter is available. Point Pleasant has the boardwalk, great restaurants, nightlife, accessibility to New York City and airports, not to mention the friendliness of the locals.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Location, location, location. You’re close to the boardwalk and beach, but yet tucked away from the traffic and madness when you just want some time to put your feet up and enjoy. There are tons of restaurants which provide take out lunch and dinner menus.

So just pack your beach towels and bathing suits and you will be ready to enjoy your vacation.
