Bunk Room (Main Level): Twin-over-full bunk bed with a full bathroom conveniently located just across the hall.

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.*All guest must abide by all home and HOA rules*

No Smoking. No Pets. Violators will be charged a fine of $500.A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home. A copy of each guests insurance card must be provided also in order to operate the golf cart. Three days before arrival, a $500 golf cart deposit will be held. Any damage to the cart will be taken out of the deposit. If no damage, it will be released 5 days after departure.

Guest will also be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastline that will emailed to them in order to stay in the rental home. All information provided is deemed to be correct but is subject to change.
