Our private first floor condo features 2 bedrooms and 1 completely updated bathroom. Fully equipped eat-in kitchen and living room with hardwood floors throughout. Private entry with its own washer/dryer. Fenced in backyard w/pool and hot tub! Plenty of space to lounge in the sun. Patio with tables, chairs and BBQ for grilling. Extras include beach badges, beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella, outdoor rinse station, bikes, corn hole, backyard Jenga & more! Parking for 1 car in shared driveway and tons of free street parking available.
Enjoy the classic seaside charm of our home but with many updated amenities including the renovated bathroom, Central Air/Heat, Wi-Fi, Washer/Dryer and Smart TV. We are conveniently located a short walking distance to the Seaside Park beach, Lake Ave & O Street Playground on Barnegat Bay, Seaside Heights/Park boardwalks, fireworks, pier rides, farmers market, Seaside Park Marina, shopping and restaurants! Wake up to beautiful sunrises and enjoy stunning sunsets everyday.

- Cleanliness is our priority. We ask you to be considerate and treat our place as if it were your own home!
We have implemented additional cleaning and sanitizing measures between each booking. The safety and health of our tenants and their families is most important to us.
