Upper floor includes kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, and a half bath. Living and dining area boast beautiful hardwood floors, wood burning fireplace, and extend out to a fully furnished deck with gas grill & umbrella patio table. Perfect for outdoor dinner, drinks, and to watch the boats go by.

Ground level includes two large bedrooms with a queen or full bunk bed, a full bath with tiled shower/tub, granite counters & double sinks. Enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the sun rise while sitting in your patio chairs on the private patio off the master bedroom.

Nice weekend getaway

Very nice clean and easy walk to Lake Michigan. Also easy walk to museum with sailing excursions.

Great stay in SoHa

Perfect condo on the North Shore side of South Haven just over the bridge. Everything was exceptionally clean! Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom with two sinks. Great full kitchen. Perfect place for a couple or small family get together. Highly recommended!

Great stay!

The condo was very clean and exactly like the pictures. Was a close walk to downtown/beaches. The place has nice some extras if you’re traveling with kids(extra toys/books/beach supplies). Really loved our time here, and would recommend!

Great location, nice plce

I stayed here for 3 nights with my 3 kids (4 people total). This was the perfect size for us. Great location with an easy walk to town and the beach. My kids really appreciated the beach toys and wagon, and also enjoyed all of the toys and games available in the rental (magnatiles, dominos, puzzles, many board games). They also really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. I loved the outdoor decks for sitting and drying swimsuits and towels. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely stay there again!

Family Vacation

We had a great week in South Haven and the condo made it that much sweeter. The condo is well kept and clean! The location couldn’t be better as you can walk to the beach or to downtown. We’ve been vacationing in South Haven several summers now and would be thrilled to stay in this condo again next year.

South Haven Trip

Property was good but the pool and hot tub were unavailable. Host told me but too late to find another property. Also the master bed needed to be replaced.

Close to the beach, had everything we needed

Owner was very communicative about what was included/expected. Good recommendations for local favorites too! We enjoyed the area; felt very safe & liked being close to the beach and downtown area. Condo was as expected. Plenty of space for our family. Very clean unit but did seem like an older unit and bedrooms were a little musty being on the main floor level. The Dehumidifier did help but was a little annoying being right outside the bedroom door and the door couldn’t be closed without getting musty. We were disappointed the pool/hot tub area was closed due to maintenance issues. We were informed ahead and given the opportunity for a refund but weren’t able to find another option with a pool. I wouldn’t have paid quite as much since there was no pool option, but the location was nice and walkable to a lot. We enjoyed our stay!

Can't beat the location

Excellent price, communication and experience all around. The location is perfect, everything downtown South Haven and the Beach are very walkable. Quiet location with easy access and safe area of town. Only negative is the dehumidifier downstairs, otherwise super clean and great stay. 10/10 would stay again!

Beautiful beach getaway

My family (2 adults, 3 children) had a wonderful stay in South Haven. The property was beautifully furnished and had all the amenities we needed along the way. We had some unfortunate rainy weather during our visit but luckily the indoor pool and collection of games kept our kids well entertained. We finally got some nice weather to visit the beach at the end of our visit and were grateful for all the necessary accessories (wagon, beach chairs, etc.) and great tips in the welcome book. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Very nice condo in a quiet location, yet within walking distance to many shops and restaurants

My husband & I stayed here this past weekend. The condo was clean and was just as pictured. It was in a great location & we enjoyed walking to town for shopping & restaurants. Julie was right on top of everything & made the check in & check out process very easy . It was a perfect weekend celebrating our 37th wedding anniversary & we will definitely stay here again.

Cozy Fall Weekend Stay

We enjoyed our fall getaway with our two sons. The property was spacious and clean. We enjoyed our evenings playing cards and watching college football. It was tricky to regulate the heat between the upstairs and downstairs, so it worked out well that the bedrooms were located downstairs, the cooler of the two floors.

Clean, comfortable condo in great South Haven location!

This condo was a great place to stay with friends for a weekend! It was clean and comfortable and walking distance both to the beach and to shops and restaurants in downtown South Haven. Great river view from the balcony!

The condo was clean and quite lovely.

A few things. It looks like the renter is new and not quite set up for rental. As an example. The bedrooms need dressers. The spare bedroom has a locked closet but no place to put anything. Need side tables by both side of beds; dressers; put more than one extra roll of toilet paper in condo. Kitchen and family room are nice. This condo is not right on the river! back quite a ways and really not a great river view. A little disappointing. Hang the mirrors up in the bedrooms. Needs a little more loving , but a nice place.

SoHa Fall Getaway

The location is excellent and easy walk to bars and restaurants, and a slightly longer but nice walk to the main beach. The condo is very comfortable, upper level kitchen dining living area with the vaulted ceiling and patio is great for a vacation condo.

Family Gathering with Our Adult Children and Our Grandchildren

Two out of three of our adult children, their spouses and our grandchildren, currently live out of state! Since I grew up in West Michigan and now spend my summers here after retiring, we were looking for a convenient location, close to our in extended family’s marina, to have our family together for a week of Family Fun!! This VRBO was EXACTLY what we needed!

Clean, fully stocked with beach gear

Very clean condo, fully stocked with all the beach gear you would need. The owner was very responsive leading up to, as well as during our trip. Loved the location--walking distance to restaurants as well as the beach. Thanks to owners for keeping such a great condo!

Nice Condo

The condo was nice. It was in a great location. Very quiet area. Walking distance to downtown and beach. The kitchen and living room are located upstairs and the bedrooms and bath are downstairs. The condo was furnished with everything you would need. There were a few issues. 1) There was white cat or dog hair on the living room furniture and floor. 2) there were small ants in the living room. We think they were coming in from the deck. 3) the sliding door shade in the queen bedroom was broken. This made it a little difficult to sleep in once the sun came up. Overall, it is a nice place and would stay again.

Very clean and good location

The property was good and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay. One draw back was the bathroom was poorly ventilated. The bathroom cabinet smelled musty. We didn't store anything in the cabinet. The owners had a dehumidifier there which we used continuously. That helped a lot. The kitchen was well furnished. Washer and dryer worked great. Walking distance to the beach, nice , quiet, and safe neighborhood.

We first purchased our condo as a retreat from our busy lives for our little family. The location was perfect for us - walking distance to the beach and town but on a quiet side street. We figured it would be a nice little getaway on the weekends. Little did we know that it was already an existing VRBO. We'd never thought of having a VRBO, but after our first season of welcoming guests, we realized we loved sharing our condo and the South Haven experience with others. So we continue each summer to open our doors to guests to give them a place to relax and make family memories.
