Adorable Beach Bungalow. 1 Block from Town!

Quaint, cozy bungalow located one block from downtown South Haven. Within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, farmers market and the beautiful South Haven beach!

4 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath, Sleeps 8-10!
Perfect for two families or a large group of friends.

Amenities include a four-season front porch, beautifully landscaped, fenced backyard, picnic table and outdoor furniture, updated living room and bedroom furniture throughout the home, full kitchen including dishwasher; washer and dryer, BBQ grill and fire pit. Towels and linens are included. But, you’ll want to bring some beach towels!

This home is approaching 100 years old! And although we adore it and keep up with repairs and updates, somethings are hard to change — it has squeaky hardwood floors. Does that add to the charm, or annoy the heck out of you? You decide! If you have kids or infants that are light sleepers, you may want to pass on this charming almost century home!

Very nice older home. Great stay to explore town. The side porch door was very hard to lock, but other than that, nice place!!

Weekend Trip in South Haven

We had a group of 9 stay in the place for the weekend and it was such an amazing time! The place is so beautiful, comfortable, and cozy! The place was also very close to fun restaurants on the water and to the beach! We loved our stay!!!

Girls trip

We had a nice long weekend at South Haven in our little bungalow. It was one block to a cute little town with lots of shopping and restaurant options. We were only a couple blocks to the beach. Definitely will be back.

Wonderful stay!

We were in town for my daughter's wedding so didn't spent a lot of time at the house, but would definitely return. House location was awesome and it was extremely clean. Porch area was very nice to have. Accommodated our family of 7 with room to spare. We had no issues during our stay and would recommend this home to anyone coming to the area.

Annual Girl’s Trip

This property was perfect for us. Plenty of space for 4 people and plenty of room for more :) We were half mile from beach and less than two blocks from town. The backyard was also nice to hangout and play games. We loved this property so much, we booked it already for the same week next year !! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

Lots of charm

We loved staying in this bungalow! It had all of its original charm but updated where it needed to be. I was impressed that the upstairs stayed cool even when the temp hit the 90s! We had everything we needed and it was very clean and comfortable.

Girls just want to have fun!

Had a blast on our annual girls weekend trip to Southhaven this year!! The house was perfect and had everything 4 ladies needed, and the best was how close it was to downtown and all the shopping and restaurants!! Would love to come back!

Great location

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. So close to the beach and restaurants. Perfect for our kids. We really enjoyed the outdoor space, including fenced in back yard and fire pit. My 3 year son was ecstatic to find toys in the living room when we first arrived. The small details made a huge difference. Thanks again for a great trip!

Craftsman Bungalow with Tons of Character

This house was the perfect fit for our families while we stayed in South Haven over the Memorial Day weekend. It's perfectly located within walking distance of everything in downtown South Haven as well as the South Beach and pier. The house was well equipped with everything that we needed for our stay and Jennelle (the owner) was very easy to work with and very quick to respond to any questions. I've stayed in several VRBO properties and would rank this experience as one of the best. We will definitely be booking this property again in the furture.

Fun time

We knew ahead home was older. AC on warm side upstairs. Loved location close to town and beach. Very accommodating and clean. Some repairs needed. For our families 6 lots of room.An interesting addition of pavers working on sidewalk.

Would not change a thing!

Your expectations will definitely be surpassed. The house is perfectly appointed and super clean - lots of neat details throughout. It has everything you'll need - we felt totally at home in every way. The location is IDEAL - quiet and VERY private backyard, yet just a block to town and 2-3 blocks to the beach. We walked to the Farmer's market on Sat AM, walked to dinner at Taste that evening, then to the beach on Sunday AM... the weekend was such a gift, and Jennelle was so accommodating with last minute arrangements. Truly, I would not change a thing about the weekend. It was amazing :) thanks!

We are from Cleveland Ohio - born and raised on the shores of Lake Erie. But, we have been visiting South Haven, MI for the last 5 summers and decided to go ahead and purchase a property - because we love the quaint atmosphere of the town, the shopping and restaurants, as well as with the beautiful beach and kids park.

This cute bungalow had the perfect location for us. Close enough to town to walk to the farmer's market, or Julia's for coffee. Close enough to the beach to walk, and ride bikes to the park. It is a quiet street and the home has a completely fenced in yard which is perfect for our extended family. We hope you love it as much as we do. And, we are looking forward to having many family vacations in South Haven for years to come.
