Quaint, cozy bungalow located one block from downtown South Haven. Within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, farmers market and the beautiful South Haven beach!

4 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath, Sleeps 8-10!
Perfect for two families or a large group of friends.

Amenities include a four-season front porch, beautifully landscaped, fenced backyard, picnic table and outdoor furniture, updated living room and bedroom furniture throughout the home, full kitchen including dishwasher; washer and dryer, BBQ grill and fire pit. Towels and linens are included. But, you’ll want to bring some beach towels!

This home is approaching 100 years old! And although we adore it and keep up with repairs and updates, somethings are hard to change — it has squeaky hardwood floors. Does that add to the charm, or annoy the heck out of you? You decide! If you have kids or infants that are light sleepers, you may want to pass on this charming almost century home!

Nice home

Very nice older home. Great stay to explore town. The side porch door was very hard to lock, but other than that, nice place!!

Girls trip

We had a nice long weekend at South Haven in our little bungalow. It was one block to a cute little town with lots of shopping and restaurant options. We were only a couple blocks to the beach. Definitely will be back.

Annual Girl’s Trip

This property was perfect for us. Plenty of space for 4 people and plenty of room for more :) We were half mile from beach and less than two blocks from town. The backyard was also nice to hangout and play games. We loved this property so much, we booked it already for the same week next year !! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

Wonderful stay!

We were in town for my daughter's wedding so didn't spent a lot of time at the house, but would definitely return. House location was awesome and it was extremely clean. Porch area was very nice to have. Accommodated our family of 7 with room to spare. We had no issues during our stay and would recommend this home to anyone coming to the area.

Gem in South Haven

Wonderful stay! Location is perfect! House is old, the hardwood floors creak, but was very comfortable. Jenelle thought of everything, including coffee, & the essentials that are not usually provided (toilet paper, soap, etc). Would definitely stay there again! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Weekend Trip in South Haven

We had a group of 9 stay in the place for the weekend and it was such an amazing time! The place is so beautiful, comfortable, and cozy! The place was also very close to fun restaurants on the water and to the beach! We loved our stay!!!

Fun time

We knew ahead home was older. AC on warm side upstairs. Loved location close to town and beach. Very accommodating and clean. Some repairs needed. For our families 6 lots of room.An interesting addition of pavers working on sidewalk.

Lots of charm

We loved staying in this bungalow! It had all of its original charm but updated where it needed to be. I was impressed that the upstairs stayed cool even when the temp hit the 90s! We had everything we needed and it was very clean and comfortable.

Good time

We had 4 adults and 4 children stay. A very charming old house. House was decorated nicely and is very functional. Kitchen worked well as we cooked most meals. Separate sleeping area upstairs for younger kids who had to go bed early. Very close to town and a short walk to beach. Perfect! It rained a lot one day and the basement gets quite a lot of water in it. There was also some dripping in upstairs bathroom. (I did relay this info to owner. Owner is very responsive at replying to issues) My sister, who is sensitive to mold, didn’t feel well during her stay. The water may have been the issue. Dryer wasn’t functioning when we arrived but was fixed on Wednesday so we could use thankfully. Overall the house was clean. However the sheets had some holes and stains on them, as well as towels had staining. These could use replacing. The upstairs vent fan in shower was heavily caked with dust. Its a lower ceiling in upstairs bathroom so easy to see and reach to clean. I bought some cleaning wipes and cleaned it. Overall, a good stay for this trip to South Haven.

Family vacation getaway

Such a charming property, despite the squeaky floors of a 100 year old house. Comfortable beds, roomy living area. Quiet neighborhood and so convenient for walking to South beach and downtown.

Wonderful Stay

Beautiful, charming, cozy home. It had everything needed, even Tupperware for some fresh strawberries I bought from the farmers market. We also loved the fans in the bedrooms and all the extra blankets. There were even hair dryers for use. We used the fire pit in back yard and cooked many meals in the kitchen. So many nice places to sit and drink our coffee outside. Nice walk to both the beach and town. We loved having the washing/dryer machines. The big bed in downstairs bedroom was very comfortable. The big bed upstairs was okay. The twin beds were very firm, not to our liking, but fine for kids. Can’t say enough nice things about this rental, it was perfect.

We are from Cleveland Ohio - born and raised on the shores of Lake Erie. But, we have been visiting South Haven, MI for the last 5 summers and decided to go ahead and purchase a property - because we love the quaint atmosphere of the town, the shopping and restaurants, as well as with the beautiful beach and kids park.

This cute bungalow had the perfect location for us. Close enough to town to walk to the farmer's market, or Julia's for coffee. Close enough to the beach to walk, and ride bikes to the park. It is a quiet street and the home has a completely fenced in yard which is perfect for our extended family. We hope you love it as much as we do. And, we are looking forward to having many family vacations in South Haven for years to come.
