Spring Lodge - Total Renovation, new listing, 20 min to CDP
***This Property Books on Cooperstown Dreams Park calendar only!
Spring Lodge - NEW LISTING - Don't miss out on this one! This property has just been renovated fully over the winter. The transformation from its previous condition to now is astonishing. The hosts at Spring Lodge have worked tirelessly to create a space that meets their high travel standards. Not only did they renovate, but they built so many custom pieces in the home you will be shocked, barn doors, end tables, clothing cubbies, even a fire extinguisher case, and more!!
This unassuming home has 4 spacious bedrooms, tastefully decorated with art and custom-built furniture. The primary bedroom has a terrific lounge area as well as laptop friendly desk space for those of you who are faced with a little WFH while on vacation. All bedrooms have their own ROKU TVs, just log into your services and binge away. Your hosts also provide a basic local cable package as well. There are 2 large bathrooms, one on each end of the home. Off the living room, you will find 1 bathroom with an extra wide shower and beautifully made live-edge floating shelves for towels and toiletries. Off the kitchen, you'll find the 2nd bathroom with another shower, and a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The kitchen is loaded with examples of your host's woodworking skills, cabinets, table, range hood, and, yes, the fire extinguisher case. Lots of windows and vibrant color choices make the kitchen feel, bright, airy, and modern. There is plenty or room for your group to gather around the custom dining table (soon to be installed) or if you'd rather eat outside, there are picnic tables for that as well as covered porch seating.
Just steps across the yard, feel free to sit back and relax under the stars while you enjoy the firepit. Upstate New York nights, away from the bright city lights are tough to beat on a warm summer night.
Mileage:
Cooperstown Dreams Park - 14.1 miles
All Star Village - 25.7 miles
Baseball Hall of Fame - 11.3 miles
Please note:
NO smoking
NO pets
NO team parties or large gatherings

Great stay! The house looked just like the photos, and the kitchen was spotless and well-equipped for cooking. We loved the quiet neighborhood, which was only a short drive to the Baseball Hall of Fame and nearby attractions. Highly recommend!

We stayed here with members of three other families while our boys were playing at Cooperstown Dreams Park, and it was the perfect place for our group. The home is beautifully updated, and the layout gave everyone plenty of space while still providing enough separation for privacy. We especially loved spending time on the porch and appreciated the peaceful, private setting. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a larger group

We had a great stay during our Cooperstown baseball trip! The house was very spacious and comfortably fit our group (parents, grandparents, and siblings), which was exactly what we needed for the week. It was about a 20–25 minute drive to Cooperstown, which was very manageable. The home had plenty of room to spread out and made a great home base after long days at the fields. There were a few areas, particularly in the corners, that could have used a little extra attention when it came to cleaning and spider webs, but nothing that significantly impacted our stay.Overall, we really enjoyed the house and appreciated having such a spacious, comfortable place for our family during our Cooperstown trip. We would definitely recommend it to other families traveling to the area!

Wonderful Experience at Spring Lodge
Our family enjoyed our stay at Spring Lodge! The home is beautiful and comfortable. Sue and Steve’s attention to the little details that made the place feel like a home away from home was truly appreciated! Our children loved it as well!

Besides extremely high cost (every property owner in the area materially participates in price gouging for baseball tournaments), the property was well maintained and comfortable

Great Stay
My family and I (7people) came for our grandson playing at Cooperstown. This house was a quick commute back and forth (20minutes). The house was perfect for our needs. The younger kids enjoyed watching some of the wildlife wandering around outside. We had plenty of room for everyone and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. Thanks for making our trip a wonderful experience.

Clean, comfortable and cool!
We loved staying at the Spring Lodge! We stayed for a baseball tournament, 6 people total. Everyone loved the spacious bedrooms and beautiful woodwork throughout. The house was very very clean and the linens were so nice and soft. We also loved hanging out on the front deck or taking an evening stroll to the lake. It was conveniently located to Cooperstown dreams park with about a 20 minute drive. We would definitely stay here again if we ever fond ourselves in Cooperstown again. Thank you so much!
