Nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, our standalone cottage is within walking distance to Falls Church City’s shops and restaurants. Getting around is a breeze!
-One mile to East and West Falls Church Metro Stations (walk, drive, or take the local bus—stop on our corner)
-10 miles to DC
-10 minutes to Tysons Corner
-Under 25 minutes to Dulles (IAD) and Reagan National (DCA)
-Easy access to I-66 and I-495

-Cozy sofa and oversized ottoman—perfect for unwinding
-Rustic wooden dining table (seats four)
