Hoping for a cabin to celebrate a birthday, holiday, or family reunion in the perfect location that mixes seclusion and convenience? We have the cabin for you. There is nothing like sitting around a campfire and making memories with loved ones among the beautiful trees of Hochatown, Oklahoma. Sweet Dreams Cabin is waiting for you!

This two-story luxury cabin sits on a 1.4 acre lot at the end of a small culdesac in Hochatown (Broken Bow), Oklahoma. It offers four king master bedrooms, each with full en-suite bathrooms. Plus it has a loft bunkroom with six twin mattresses (two built in triple bunk beds). There is also a half bath downstairs and another half bath in the loft, making this cabin have a total of 6 bathrooms! Sweet Dreams will comfortably sleep up to 16 people, including a queen sized pull out sofa bed downstairs.

The spacious and beautiful kitchen is decked with white oak cabinets, quartz countertops, and a double oven to make holiday cooking a delight. It is fully stocked with all the necessities for cooking, dinnerware for both adults and children, plenty of countertop space to create your own charcuterie board, and seating for 16. In the kitchen you will find an electric stove, double oven, built in microwave, refrigerator with filtered water/ice maker, and dishwasher. The kitchen is also equipped with a crock pot, mixer, toaster, and coffee pot.

The Living Room is connected to the open concept kitchen and has soaring 30+ foot floor to ceiling picture windows. There is plenty of seating and a pull-out Queen sized sofa bed with fresh linens (in the laundry room). The huge stone fireplace is a must for any log cabin, and because the fireplace is electric you will be able to create the cabin ambiance even in the summer months. Gathering together to watch TV is a must in this room. During the holiday season there will be a fully decorated Christmas tree and holiday décor as well. There is nothing better than Christmas time at the cabin!

The loft upstairs overlooks the Living Room, and you have the option to close a set of barn doors to create a fully separated space for the kids. The loft is a great space to cozy up on the couch and watch movies, enjoy the 2 player arcade machine with 40+ games, or play a competitive game of foosball. We also have a Nintendo Wii to play a nostalgic game of Mario Kart. The loft also has a small “book nook” for the little ones to sit by the window and read the provided children’s books.

Each private bedroom comes with a king size bed, a Smart TV, beautiful picture windows that come with black out shades, and its own private bathroom with sliding barn doors. Two of the bedrooms come with their own outdoor seating area, which is a great place to start the day and connect with nature. There are two bathtubs available to soak your cares away or bathe the little ones after a fun day outside.

There are seven Smart TVs in Sweet Dreams Cabin in each of the 4 bedrooms, both living spaces, and on the outdoor porch for you to log into your own personal streaming services on any of the TVs. There is high speed internet provided for guests who need to work from the cabin as well.

We supply a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, basic spices, coffee, laundry detergent, and hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each of the en-suite bathrooms for your convenience. You will also have the ability to use the two full-size washers and dryers in the laundry room stocked with an iron and board, broom, mop, and vacuum, provided should you need them during your stay.

There are plenty of things to enjoy outside at Sweet Dreams Cabin. There are covered porches, both in the front and back of the cabin. On the front porch there are rocking chairs and a porch swing to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet or listen to the rain falling on the tin roof. In the back there is a porch with an outdoor gas burning fireplace, located next to the 7 seater hot tub with changing LED lights. There is also a covered patio dining table or 10 foot picnic table to eat outdoors. From the porch you can watch your favorite sport team on the Smart TV, while grilling for your family or throwing the football around outside. There is also a basketball goal to have friendly pick up game or play corn hole outside together. There is also a firepit conveniently located in the center of the outdoor space with 12 Polywood Adirondack chairs, perfect for making smore’s and telling stories at night. There is also a play fort for the kids, or the young at heart, with a climbing wall, spider swing, two wood swings, sitting area, and slide. The fort is visible to watch the kids play from the comfort of the porch, rocking chairs, or Adirondack chairs. You may also stumble on a special sitting area that is more secluded to connect with nature, pray, read your Bible, or meditate.

The large gravel drive provides ample space for multiple vehicles, and there is also covered parking space with a complimentary EV charger for your electric car.

This cabin is conveniently located with the perfect blend of feeling secluded among the trees, while also being only a couple miles away from the Hochatown Petting Zoo, the famous Grateful Head Pizza and other incredible restaurants, bowling alley, wineries, go-karting, horseback riding, ziplining, golfing, shopping in the boutiques, and more. The cabin is a short 2-mile drive to the new Choctaw Landing Casino, Broken Bow Lake, and Beavers Bend State Park where you can hike, rent a boat/jet ski, fish the Mountain Fork River, kayak, or swim in the beautiful lake.

Whether you choose to spend your time enjoying all Hochatown has to offer or if you never leave the cabin, Sweet Dreams Cabin is the perfect choice for a quick weekend getaway or longer family vacation stay!

*Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras (facing away from the hot tub) and are placed at entrances to ensure protection of the cabin. The outdoor gas fireplace is only seasonally available October-April only. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 16, including children age 1 and older. No parties or events are allowed.

*Pets will be considered based on certain criteria (less than 20lbs, non shedding breeds, fully trained, etc.), and upon approval will require a separate signed pet contract and a non-refundable deposit of $75 per pet (max 1).
