This was an amazing place. Everything was very clean and we loved the layout. Very private and relaxing. The hot tub was wonderful and the hosts were very easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend!!

Beautiful House

This house was even more beautiful in person than on VRBO. Everything a person might need was provided and the host was excellent at communicating with us. We had an absolutely wonderful stay!

Great, quiet location close to lots of great hiking and biking trails . The home was clean and comfortable with beautiful views from huge living room windows. Kitchen had what we needed to make meals when we didn’t want to go out. Hot tub felt great after a day of hiking. Hosts were responsive and helpful when any questions came up. Check in and check out were easy. The entire family agreed we would happily return.

Perfect getaway pad!

We had a very relaxing & comfortable stay at this home. Great communication was received for check in & general stay information. House was as promised & clean. The location was ideal for our area of activities. And we would highly recommend this property to others. As we would stay here again in the future.

Quick getaway for some hiking/stargazing/serenity

The property offered a perfect combo of relaxation (private, quiet neighborhood) and convenience (20 minutes to downtown Bentonville, hiking/biking trails out the back door). Check-in was simple, the house was very clean, and the hot tub was the highlight! I will absolutely be making a return trip!

Biking/hiking vacation

This was an ideal location for getting on the Back 40 trails for both biking and hiking. The hot tub was much appreciated after a fun day of biking adventures. Fun watching others out hitting the trails as the biked by the back deck.

Perfect Locale in NWA

The property is exactly as advertised! One of our favorite VRBOs we’ve ever vacationed in. Perfect location for all the adventures to be found in NWA. And the house has all the luxury items (hot tub, big TV, comfy furniture) in a big open floor plan that makes relaxing at night a dream. We will definitely be back!!

Great Location to Relax

We loved this property! Felt like home and had everything we needed. We enjoyed hiking on nearby trails and visiting Crystal Bridges in Bentonville. Next time we will bring our mountain bikes! Enjoyed sitting out on the private deck! Very peaceful! Hot tub was a bonus!
