Lakefront comfort meets Ozark adventure at this spacious Lake Avalon retreat with private dock and trail access. Relax and recharge at Ozark Mountain Lakehouse, a 3,900-sq-ft lakefront retreat on Lake Avalon in Bella Vista. Enjoy peaceful water views, two spacious decks, and a private dock for fishing, kayaking, and swimming. Step onto the nearby Little Sugar Trail for world-class mountain biking and hiking, and watch for the new OZ Bike Lift Park opening soon. With multiple living areas, fireplaces, and full access to Bella Vista’s golf, pools, and recreation, this is your perfect Ozark getaway.

The main level features a cozy living room with fireplace, full kitchen, dining for six, and two bedrooms, each with a private bath. Step onto the upper deck for dining or morning coffee overlooking the lake.

The lower level includes a second living room with fireplace, two bedrooms connected by a shared entryway, a full bath, and an additional queen bed in a common area. Entertainment options abound with ping-pong, Xbox, and three TVs offering cable, Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+.

Out back, take the long, steep wooden steps down to your private dock for fishing, kayaking, or swimming—kayaks and gear are provided. Guests can also enjoy the Beach at Lake Avalon just minutes away, plus access to six golf courses, fitness and tennis centers, pools, and excellent dining throughout Bella Vista.

Adventure is right outside your door with the Little Sugar Trail system, offering 50+ miles of premier mountain-bike and hiking trails. And coming soon, Bella Vista will debut the OZ Mountain Bike Lift Park, chairlift-served biking destination featuring miles of gravity trails—placing this home in the heart of America’s great cycling hub.

Cultural highlights like Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, The Momentary, and downtown Bentonville are just a short drive away.

The property was clean and in a good location. The description of the lake access failed to mention the very steep steps and long walk to the deck. One of the master showers was a little odd. Utensils in the kitchen were somewhat lacking. However overall our family enjoyed our stay and had a really great time. The host were very friendly and communicated extremely well. Had a great time overall.

We had a family gathering here for the weekend. Incredible views. Fantastic screened in back porch. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Plenty of space to sleep. Very comfortable beds and linens. Owner is very easy to communicate with and welcoming. We had a wonderful time and didn't even have to leave the house. The lake was too cold in late March, but summer would be fantastic. Bald eagles we're a nice bonus.Easily one of the best places to stay in this corner of Arkansas. Will return when visiting family.

Home away from home, on a lake!

This was a wonderful home away from home, on a lake up in the trees! Great huge screen porch, and really. Quite a steep walk to lake dock, but worth it. We would recommend, and would stay here again, and likely will!

Wonderful Avalon Lakehouse

My family had 4 wonderful days at this lakehouse hanging out on the dock, kayaking and floating in the lake. Also family activities and dinners in the spacious living areas. Highly recommend for a relaxing vacation or weekend.

Great little lake house

Plenty of space to spread out. Host was responsive and helpful leading up. Lots of stairs down to be lake, but great space to hang out and relax making the trip down well worth it.

wonderful weekend

We loved everything about the house. It is very functional for a family and the view of the lake is amazing. Only downfall is the journey to the dock. Too steep for toddlers or elderly. All in all a wonderful stay.
