The property was in a great spot and was clean. If you want to be close to the water and away from the crowds this is a sure place to stay .

Family trip

Nice spot to meet family on our annual trip to TC. Ground floor was perfect for my elderly mother. Unit was clean and had what we needed. Enjoyed the stay.

Lakeside Condo

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Lakeside condo. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The view from the beach is beautiful and the location is spot on for enjoying activities all around the area.

Sister get away

My sister and I had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean, beds were very comfortable, the location was very quiet and close to all the places we enjoy about Northern Michigan.

Perfect little condo

We were in town for a conference at Grand Traverse Resort. The property is a very close commute to the venue and provided me and my co-worker with our own space and the comforts of home. We would definitely book again.

Grand Getaway Condo!

Roomy and EXTRA clean Condo. So close to the Bay, the Resort, and downtown Traverse. Includes all the amenities. We will be back!

Golf Trip

We love visiting and golfing in northern Michigan. With so many courses to choose from and the ease of getting around, we choose to visit here nine times! We are from SD. We love the friendly people also. This condo was very easy to locate and was close to the many courses.

The property was nice and clean, it was also close to the beach. I wish it had a better view, I should have looked closer at the listing.

Traverse City Condo

Condo was a little dated but was well located to get at most of the area attractions. We were a little disappointed about the overall quality of the condo and condo complex for the price paid for this rental.

The condo was clean and as advertised. We had everything we needed. We were conveniently close to Traverse City. Wi-Fi connection was spotty. Other than that, everything was great.

Rating of stay

Property is old and worn out. The bed sheets, linens. Sofa bed are cheap and tattered. Must be replaced. Patio hasnt been used . We made the best of what you offfered but on line photos were deceiving.

Nice location, less than average accommodations.

This unit was quite disappointing. It merits a 2 star rating. Unit was not clean, flatware drawers were dirty with food drippings on the silverware. Kitchen was poorly supplied. Linens on the beds are wore out. Pillows on the beds were stained and had no liners on them. Bathrooms had hair deposits on the counter tops, sinks and tubs. Pillows on the sofa are soiled. Clearly low standards and not sanitized.

Overall it was a good place. We could not get the dishwasher to work but we washed dishes by hand. Had some trouble with the sliding doors and screens to the patio. It is a great location and the lake was beautiful. King bed was comfortable to us but the full bed was not to our liking. Everyone is different when it comes to mattresses. The proximity to the entire area was very doable with great parking and access. We would stay there again.

Great location. Unfortunately the room was much older than appears in photos. In addition, the second bedroom (queen bed) was horrific to sleep on…zero support and sunken in center. The property also lists two en-suite rooms…this to me means two rooms each with a bathroom…thus, en-suite; but no. It is a small bathroom in kitchen area and a small bathroom between the two bedrooms.The second bedroom’s tv was in a cupboard above the dresser drawers that doesn’t even face the bed:(The tiny dishwasher had a wide open space at top under the kitchen counter…seems like that could be a very easy, fast fix and offer a much nicer appearance.The management was extremely communicative and easy to work with regarding check in and check out. Also appreciated the variety of discounts to local amenities they offered. We were just very underwhelmed with the room.
