4bedroom/3bath HOUSE ACROSS FROM BEACH/Private Pool -

All touch surfaces and floors are being cleaned with an EPA List N sanitizer. ALL sheets, comforters, blankets, towels, bathroom mats, floor mats, seat covers, mattress and waterproof pillowcase covers are being machine-washed in hot water between EACH stay. All of our living area furniture is leather which will be wiped down after each stay and any material surfaces will be sprayed with disinfectant. We are also providing all NEW toiletries (hand/body soap/shampoo/conditioner), tissue boxes, lotion, dish soap, sponge and salt/pepper - everything unopened and unused.

This is a designer 3 bedroom (3 king beds OR 2 kings and 2 twin beds) + separate private den with a luxurious single bed/3 bath charming cottage beach home. SLEEPS 7 PERSONS ONLY INCLUDING CHILDREN/BABIES- NO EXCEPTIONS. Gorgeous heated saltwater waterfall pool + cozy corner spa (we are one of the very few properties on Siesta that has a natural gas heater, so our pool is kept toasty warm in winter months so you can enjoy swimming day or night), parking (2 spaces). Sea Palm House has been remodeled to make you feel like you are in an island paradise. Our house is ideal for enjoying a beach getaway where you can walk everywhere - no car needed. Enjoy coffee by the pool or in your large screened in Florida Room/patio. Swim in our heated saltwater pool, walk across the street to the one of the most beautiful beaches in the the United States and then enjoy a leisurely stroll to great shops, cafes and restaurants. We also have a ping-pong and a small pool table. The private tropical setting is located right across the street from Beach Accesses #8 and #9 and three short blocks to shopping and restaurants in Siesta Key Village. The house is fully stocked with everything you need in order to enjoy a luxury vacation. Amazing Stay, Perfect Location

We had a fantastic stay here at the beginning of June. The house location is great; it is close to the beach and easily walkable but it felt secluded and private. The pool was even better in person than in the photos and was a really pleasant surprise. Cheryl was very responsive and communicated well about the property and answered all of our questions right away. The interior of the house was spacious and well decorated. The house was very clean and very comfortable. There were lots of nice little amenities for the kids, like an outside ping pong table and a mini pool table inside. We all decided very quickly that if we ever come back to Siesta Key, we will definitely stay here again!

Only place we will stay in Siesta

This is our second trip to sea palm cottages in the last 8 months. The house is comfortable, the decor is lovely and the owners are delightful to work with. The pool is a backyard oasis and is an easy walk to white sand beaches and downtown restaurants and shops. We are already planning our next visit back!

Girl's Trip

This beautiful beach cottage is in the perfect location and had plently of room for my 6 friends. The home was well equipped with everything you need. Communication with the owner/property manager was excellent. Hope we can stay there again!

We stayed here for a long Easter weekend. The house was super clean, had everything we needed, and the location was amazing. Right across the street from the beach access. Communication with the owner was the best we have ever experienced...very detailed and accessible!

Gorgeous Property - Perfect Location

5 of us stayed a week for a 60th birthday celebration ... we had a slight snafu with the door code accessing the property at checkin but it was resolved super fast and everything else was spot on! .. The house is lovely - the location is close to EVERYTHING .. we would stay here again 100% .. Highly recommend!!

Amazing beach house!

This home was amazing! Everything was clean. The home decor was cute and appropriate! There were ample amenities, such as towels, hand soap, quality toilet paper and paper towels, and dish soap, etc. The bed linens were clean, fresh, and soft. The mattresses were extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed to have a relaxing and fun vacation. Just a one block walk to the beach. We loved the mini pool table and racquetball table. We also loved the Roku TV! There was also a closet full of books for lazy beach reading! The host was very friendly and readily available in case we needed anything. I really believe this host put great thought into what a guest would need while on vacation and it was provided. I can’t say enough about our stay. We will definitely want to stay here again in the future!

Fabulous stay!

A wonderful house for a "girls trip" to celebrate our 60s! Owner is very responsive. House is nicely decorated with lots of amenities. Heated pool with spa jets perfect for cool January weather. Location can't be beat, 1 block from beach access, 4-5 blocks from Ocean Blvd with all the Siesta Key village restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend this house!

Great Place for Siesta Key

The house is absolutely five stars. Cheryl is very responsive and the house is lovely. The heated pool is very private and all the bedrooms are very nice. The overall home is well designed, spacious and in a great location. It is a five minute walk to the beautiful beach and a ten minute walk into town. We will definitely stay there again as everyone gave the home a big thumbs up (and we have a very skeptical, critical family)

Perfect family vacation

We have stayed at many rentals. This one far exceeded my expectations and couldn’t have gone any more smoother for our family as we celebrated my parents 70th birthdays. My mother is often hard to please and she just couldn’t stop talking about how practical, clean, and nice the rental was. We had 2 kids, one just shy of 2 y.o. We were terrified of what we thought were wine glasses at the bottom of of portable wine counter top. It turned out to be all plastic. This place was not only beautifully decorated, but kid friendly. It was a chilly week, so the heated pool made up for it. My kids had a blast!

Wonderful Retreat

My friend group of five traveled from the West Coast and the Northeast to meet for four days in Sarasota. We were not disappointed with the property or location. Although not exactly right across from the beach access, the beach and the village were both walkable. The property was well appointed and well cared for. The owners were fabulous in their communications and responsiveness. We would be happy to return.

You’re next getaway!

Drop your shoes and relax at this cute getaway! You won’t need much! Pool is great and beaches are wonderful! So much nearby for nightlife and restaurants! Host is very accommodating and goes above and beyond!

Long Weekend at Siesta Key

The property is beautifully decorated, spacious and very clean. It was well stocked with everything you might need for the next morning if you have a late arrival, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and bar of Dove soap. There was also laundry and dishwasher detergent. The pool was well shaded so it didn't get hot by the end of the day. We loved the layout of the pool, my elderly mother in law was able to get in and out of the pool with ease. The location was perfect, walking distance to shopping, a market, and restaurants. You can tell this is a well loved property. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again! Thank you!

The best choice we made for our vacation!

We had the BEST time at this VRBO. Everything is super updated, clean, and bright. It's just the perfect beach home for a family or group of friends to stay in. The beach is quite literally across the street, and the owners have set it up so you have everything you could possibly want to take to the beach with the convenience of a beach cart. You are also very close to the shops in Siesta Key, and they are easily within walking distance. The pool guy and the yard workers came while we were there and they were both super friendly! We would love to come back and stay in this house again. Would recommend to anyone!!

Amazing Stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Cheryl’s cottage. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious and the pool was a major plus and larger than I expected . The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach and local restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again

Excellent Vacation!

Cheryl is an experienced host who literally "thinks of everything" guests might want or need. The single bedroom with the barn door off the large living room was perfect for the 2 1/2 year old who recently transitioned out of a crib. The kitchen was well equipped and the thoughtful "welcome" coffee packets were appreciated. The main suite is huge and was welcome respite for tired grandparents. There are plenty of restaurants and diversions in town, just a few minutes of walking away. We had one day of very loud construction noise across the street (large home being built) and Cheryl handled the situation very professionally, including speaking to the developer. Fortunately that level of noise was just that one day! We highly recommend!

Very accommodating

Beauty property. Short walk to the beach and just a little longer for shopping and restaurants. Property managers were very attentive to our needs and making sure everyone was comfortable. We would love to come back!

Excellent stay

This was the perfect house. It was clean, had everything we needed, and the location was amazing: easy walk right to the best beach we’ve ever been to. Plus they had a really nice pool, and beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, and carts to take to the beach. We will be staying again!

Girls Getaway

Thank you Cheryl for the amazing property! There was 7 of us that decided to take a girl's getaway and this house had the perfect amount of space, perfect amenities and the location can't be beat.
