Fabulous Location

This unit is in a fabulous location. The unit is adorable. It is extremely clean. The kitchen has every amenity and state of the art appliances. Loved the dual fireplaces. The balcony has a view of the ocean so it's perfect for bbqing. Theres a sink and mini refrigerator to. It is perfectly located to walk to all the restaurants and bars. The unit is above a cute little jewelry store. It is very quiet and secluded. We will definitely stay again.

Wonderful Property

We had a wonderful time at Leslie’s property. She is a thoughtful host and an excellent communicator. The location is fantastic— steps from the beach and Avila restaurants and shops. Kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely Amazing!!

Leslie was so nice and accommodating and I honestly don't think I have had a better experience with a VRBO rental. I have rented from her twice and I will continue renting. Thank you so much Leslie!!

Weekend Getaway

Great location near restaurants and beach. It was clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. The address location is on a pedestrian alley, so it was a little confusing to figure out how to get in, but once we found it everything in the instructions made sense.

Perfect location!

This was a mother daughter trip over my birthday week and we couldn’t have picked a better place! The location was perfect! Leslie was very easy to communicate with and the place was very clean and well stocked. When we ran into an issue with the AC not turning off, Leslie had the handyman there in less than 30 minutes! He fixed the issue within 5 minutes! The only thing I would change is that I would have stayed longer. We will be coming back for sure!

Great condo in the sweetest little beach town. Clean and comfortable. Fully stocked. Happy to have parking space. Steps to the ocean and good food and cute shops.

Great stay!

Our first time to the area, and this place was perfect. It was great having the off street parking, and it’s so close to everything, we didn’t have to drive anywhere. There is an ocean view from the deck, and the fireplaces made it cozy. The kitchen has everything you need as well. Bed was comfy, and having laundry was great. Truly enjoyed our stay here, meeting family going to Cal Poly and enjoying the town of Avila Beach. We’ll be back!

Steps to the beach and shops.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was well stocked with amenities. You are just a short walk to the beach which made things really easy for breaks during our time on the beach. You are just steps from the shops and restaurants. We also loved the private parking with easy access. The host is very responsive to emails and requests. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Cottage

Such a wonderful property, just steps from Mr Ricks, Custom House and the whole Avila beach front. Clean, quite and so relaxing will definitely be staying again!!!
