Peaceful, relaxing place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. The property is a little dated but it's very clean and the furnishings are nice. Loved that we were right there on the beach and could enjoy it fully.

Wedding getaway

We have been traveling to Pensacol Beach for more than 20 years. Nothing better than a beachfront condo. The rental was perfect for a long weekend. Eveything was clean and just as described.

Great condo and location

Property was clean and right on the beach! It was perfect and would definitely stay here again! Check in and out was easy. The only issue was the internet being slow, we ended up using our hotspots to work on a laptop.

Great Stay

Wonderful vacation at this condo. The only reason for the 4 stars vs 5, is that on our last night there, some cooked a very ethnic cuisine, that left a horrible odor throughout the floor. That's not the fault of this owner I understand, however it was so strong that it left a bad impression that last day.

Great spot for a get away!

Awesome location!! Just the right distance for a nice bike ride (bikes provided) into town. Condo is right on the beach with an awesome view from the balcony. Perfect size unit for a 5 day stay for just my husband and myself. We would definitely stay here again!

Just right!

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. Clean and comfortable furnishings; just right for 2 people! Beautiful view of the gulf, and very short walk to the beach; and short walk or drive to Pegleg Pete's. We would definitely stay here again!

Baseball tournament@ Blue Wahoo Stadium

First time in Pensacola and it did not disappoint! The condo was awesome. The bikes provided were great. We enjoyed riding on the bike/walk trail. Loved the walks on the beach. Again an awesome condo and will be back! #wefoundournewfavoritevacation spot!

Love the place is quiet and nice ! The WiFi is bad connection and the door is hard to open when you try to slide out to get out of the balcony other than that is great I would come back again !

Overall good!

This property was mostly clean and in a great location. A bit dated - popcorn ceilings and bathroom needs work but was priced accordingly. Property managers were clear on check in/check out.

Nice place, too much light.

We enjoyed it. It was a good size for our family of three as well as entertaining some of our family for drinks that was staying in another unit on the same property. Felt secure. I will say they need blackout curtains in the bedroom, as the electronic outdoor lights flooded through the shades.

Great location on the beach

Overall, great stay. There was plenty room for our girls vacation (3 adults) although I wouldn’t recommend more for luggage storage, living space, etc. The living room is smaller than it looks from the posted pictures and the AC doesn’t reach the bedroom very well. We kept the door open which helped but it was still pretty warm. Other than the small items of improvement, it was a quick Uber to everything and a very short walk to the beach with beautiful views! I’d definitely stay here again.

Very dated and the internet was terrible slow. Trash left under sink and the dishes were dirty in the cabinets

Wifi was terrible. Constant buffering. Tablet would connect maybe 10percent of the time. Roku tv was usless

Overall the place was very nice, but there was one issue. The place says there is WIFI, there might be but it was almost impossible to get online with it. It is so slow you could not even stream anything on TV.

New Years 2022

The condo was clean and had been updated some. The property itself is a little dated, but really no major issues with the exception of the tv reception. On the last day, we unhooked the cables and hooked them back up. That seemed to have solved the problem, but tv service was sporadic throughout the stay.

Not clean

Mold in bathroom also roaches. I called agent about problem she offered to have someone to come spray at that point already been awake all night and we were leaving the next morning. The bedroom needs curtains of some kind. Location was great just needs something's would have liked to left message for owner.

Great Location, Condo could use some TLC

Our overall stay was good... We loved the location and the beach was perfect! However the condo was not very clean. the couch had a lot of stains of different sorts, we actually had to put a blanket on top of the couch but even that had a multitude of stains. The patio chairs were a bit rough as well as the cushions were faded and even one was badly ripped up. The fan in the bedroom only had one speed and no way to adjust, the tv in the bedroom would not work properly as the internet connection was not strong enough or something. Overall we really enjoy Pensacola and come down often but the condo could use some TLC.

Mini Vacay at the Beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony is amazing. My only complaints lie with the material we were sent in advance. The gate code to get to the beach is immaterial because the gate is padlocked. As a result, we had to walk along the back side of the garage to get to the path with beach access. This was inconvenient. On the plus side, the paper said that the pool was closed and it wasn't. After you enter the code for the door to the condo, you must also hit the check key or the door won't open. I think this needs to be updated.
