This home offers a luxe en suite bedroom on the upper level with both a king bed and queen-size bunks, plus a twin-size sleeper sofa in the living room with an additional main-floor bath featuring a walk-in shower . Enjoy the Gulf breeze and unobstructed views from the balcony overlooking both the Gulf and the Bay.



The fully-equipped kitchen allows for home-cooked meals, while the balcony offers a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee with soothing water views. Relax in the living room or master bedroom with TVs for movie nights, but when you venture out you'll appreciate this vacation home's unbeatable location. Beach access is just a short walk away down Fort Pickens Road where endless adventures await - unwind on the sugar white sands and listen to the waves as well as swim and play in the surf. The Pensacola Beach Fishing Pier is also conveniently located only 0.5 miles from the condo, as well as nearby restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. There's even a free trolley to explore the area!

Very cozy place, perfect for a little family! Some of the sheets were too small and turned inside out on the bed but other than that everything was great!

Great location where you could walk to the beach, restaurants and entertainment venues. The space was super clean. Having a covered and designated parking space was really nice.

We had a great stay at the Sand Dollar. The location is close to the beach access and plenty of restaurants and shops. The couch is very comfy as well as the bed. At the end of the evening we relaxed on the balcony. We even walked down to Peg Leg Pete's and Tom Thumb for a slushy. We'd definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved this space. Parking was convenient and never had any issues. The sunsets and sunrise views from the balcony downstairs and the wide bedroom window upstairs. Decorated for the perfect beach house feel and cozy enough for us when it rained. I have to say that not everything is perfect. Hair in the drain of the tub was visible and unacceptable. Some extra pillows had stains. Last issue was something electrical with downstairs bathroom, the light switched on would start flashing and flickering. We stayed 2 nights, 3 days so I didn’t feel the need to bring any of this up with the host. I did however have issues with the Wi-Fi and notified the host and it was resolved in a fast and friendly manner. The location was perfect for going out to eat and ordering in! We will definitely be booking again!

Perfect Pensacola Spot!

Had a really great stay here at Sand Dollar. Everything was just as described and very clean. Perfect spot for a quick vacation with family. Only downside is the 4pm chec. We will din time. Luckily we were able to check in early at around 12:30pm

Great location

The property was as described. It was cute and well stocked with the items needed for a great stay at the beach. There are beach chairs and an umbrella along with some sand toys in the downstairs bathroom closet along with family games provided. The only thing I would mention is that the stairs both in the townhouse and to get up to the room are a bit steep. Overall, a great place to comfortably stay!

El lugar es tal cual se ve en las fotos, muy cómodo y completo. Esta ubicación está genial, el acceso a la playa es cercano y tiene unas vistas preciosas. Definitivamente volvería.

We will certainly never use any property managed by Avari Properties again. And probably not VRBO as you support their business practices. We had a view of the dumpster and a janky parking lot when the main view showed was of a green space and water. A view of a parking lot (noDumpster) was shown but 6 photos in and not consistent with actual view. The building entrance was filthy. They have denied any type of refund or credit which is a small act for our inconvenience. Happy to submit a photo.

Everything was clean and as advertised! The only issue was we couldn’t get the wifi to work. Otherwise check in and out were easy, quick walk to the beach and overall a wonderful stay!! Would stay again.
